The manager or GM of this location on campus is very aggressive to her employees and have noticed her two weeks in a row standing outside of the counter watching and commenting on their every move. Shes raising her voice at them in an aggressive way to get her point across. It’s just not a tasteful way to handle any issues with your employees especially in public. Last week, I noticed her talking badly about an employee to another employee (both employees were working at the time), this was at the drink pickup station, there was nothing discrete about this interaction.
I just feel bad for the employees that are getting the blunt end of this.

They are rude and don't care about their customers. I have seen them give the same drink to someone after a different customer brought it back saying it was the incorrect drink. Today I went to get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich and my coffee wasn't even full! They will not acknowledge that they made a mistake and it is ridiculous. If I am paying $6 for a coffee they should at least make it correctly.

You need to train your employees to shake a green tea a shaken green tea that is actually shaken has a frothy top and whenever you tell them that this tea needs to be shaken not to say oh it’s been shaken I know good darn and well that that Tea has not been shaken
Just stopped by for coffee at 11:10, and it was closed. All the signs say it's open until 12:30. This has been happening a lot. They need to update their hours of operation or stop closing early. :(

This place was really clean. The service was quick and professional. The staff was friendly. Coffee pipping hot and delicious.

Nice atmosphere and the remodel is a great addition to campus with a much-improved vibe, but whether there are 35 people in the line or 2, the staff are literally never in a hurry to serve. Employing the dormant second cash register would be a great idea as well as hiring more staff for the busy times.

I have to brag about a worker at this starbucks location, Krysten. I was in a hurry and stopped by to order me a coffee and something to eat. When I went to pay we realized that this starbucks didn't take my specific card. I was searching for my other card to realize I didn't have it. This worker very nicely said she would take care of it and went to get her OWN bearcard and paid with her bearbucks. She was so sweet and made my week!!
