I stopped by on Monday evening 3/4/24, to get some caffeine to get through the last few hours of driving home on the highway. A wonderful young woman with long brunette hair was so patient and kind with me (I don't normally drink coffee, so I wasn't sure about my order). Her suggestions were spot on and definitely made my mocha so much better. I wish I had gotten her name so I could have called to thank her, but hopefully she'll see this. Thank you!

coffee always perfect here. Food best to pass on.After flying from nepal, and being on the road for over a week, arrived to meet a finicky fellow of a cashier who refused to rinse my travel mug filled at the last starbucks back in tennessee.In my over 20 years on the road and abroad , i have never experienced this at any starbucks on earth.He said it didn’t fit their standards.So it’s more acceptable for me to rinse it in a dirty public restroom used by homeless laze abouts, and then he will accept it?Homeless people hanging out in pyjamas, watching you tubes loudly.Not my top starbucks.The asian girl who made my pour over was fantastic, which is why I gave another star

The coffee itself was good, however it wasn't good enough to have to wait 30 minutes to get it. Either staff needs more training or they need more help.

This is the third time I’ve tried this Starbucks and my order is never right. I asked for it to be shaken it wasn’t. Asked for the small hole lid so I’m not eating ice while trying to drink my drink didn’t do that either. Did NOT ask for sugar free and it’s clearly sugar free. Never again. I’ll drive across town to get one from now on.

This place had dirty floors. The turkey sandwich was hard as a rock and nasty tasking. I can't recommend this Starbucks to anyone. I couldn't chew the hard sandwich.

Omg, I love this Starbucks specifically in my town, like there is one lovely lady I see just about every morning and she's always made my day better woth a smile and her nice greetings lol. And it's become a regular thing for me to order and they alway have it ready even when I ordered two miles down the road!!

This is the third time in the last 6 months that I have received a drink missing at least 1/4 of the contents. Absolutely absurd to pay over $9 for a drink and not recieve every last drop. There are too many other coffee options in town, with better loyalty programs, to continue using starbucks.

The experience I had today was something I have never experienced at a Starbucks. The employee there used so much passive aggression for no reason. I’ve worked in customer service all of my life and there’s really no need to be sour. If you used the words “I can’t just manipulate my system for you” when I never even asked you to and I didn’t even react badly, you need to reevaluate how you treat people.. in customer service. That kind of behavior does not last long, especially when you’re dealing people that will react worse than I am. Please be kind.
