The customer service is always so nice and kind. A lady today in the drive thru was so sweet it made me leave a review. My food and drinks here are always so good I’d argue this is one of the best Starbucks in Arkansas. They are also very timely.

They didn’t know to make iced matcha latte. There was more foam than actual matcha. I have had it in other Starbucks but none of them were as bad as this one. Tasted as if they just added milk and matcha in a blender and gave it. Didn’t receive any refund even though I didn’t take the drink
