Jen and Mercedes are the only people there who are incredibly nice, and they both go beyond what is required to be polite and helpful. Many of the staff members are rude and condescending. They don’t listen or seem to care about the people they are serving. The manager of this location is not friendly either.

I had placed an order through DoorDash this morning for my order to get to me between 5:40 and 6 o'clock. For some reason, this Starbucks location decided to make my order as soon as they opened, delivered the food to me outside of the delivery window and because of this. I wasn't home to get my food and it was stolen.
Doordash says the fault lies with your store, so please stop saying to contact doordash, I already did and they said the blame lies with your store, the end.
Give me my refund, tired if fighting over this and having to redo my review.

I frequent this Starbucks location enough that Theo and several other employees know my order and even go out of their way to remember my name. It reminds me of the theme song from the old TV show, Cheers, “sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name”. Thank you to Theo and the other amazing baristas who show such consistent kindness and care in their work!

Cannot say enough good things about the crew here! I am a teacher, I take short breaks in this cafe to answer emails or prep lessons here 2-3 times per week… sometimes more. They know me well enough to be able to modify drinks when I order something vague so that I end up LOVING what they create. I’m pretty picky about my drinks, so getting my vibe in a drink is WILD! I have NEVER had a less than fantastic service experience here. Shiloh and Myia are so kind and they bring such good energy to their interactions! Mercedes is typically there when I am as well and she so so kind!
Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese, spinach feta, multiple alternative milk options for any drink on the menu, impossible sandwiches, two of the protein boxes are vegetarian or ovo-vegetarian friendly. Lots of treats for dessert!
Kid-friendliness: The crew is so nice to kids! Seven especially is always so nice to any kids that come into the cafe or go through the Drive Thru

I love the atmosphere and how kind the employees are here at the Starbucks. Theo has been very outstanding to make sure that all my needs are being meet while I spend countless hours studying for my finals. She always has a smile on her face and is so welcoming as well.

Absolutely loved the employess and there positive vibes and attitude!!! I had asked a few questions about a few drinks that I wanted to try and recieved answers that were well explained and well descripted and ohhhhhh the yummy yummy ? ? and oh my the goody goodness!!!!!! My drink was very well Tested to my taste, soooo yummy and i absolutely got my mouth watering great grande mocha Frappuccino I enjoyed that was soooooo yummy ? ??
Vegetarian options: Not much of a vegetarian option that I had recalled but don't quote me on it I definitely wouldn't wanna say something that wasn't true!!
Dietary restrictions: Not really sure about any dietary restrictions! In all honesty!!!
Parking: Parking is not that bad really just could use a bigger parking spot!!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is definitely an upvantage!! So yes ma'am and yes sir Starbucks is wheelchair friendly just may need assistance with getting doors open if I can recall ? but for the sure most part flat grounds and big space on the inside!
