The worker decided to tip himself with my cash app and I had to ask them to refund it...I don't mind tipping but don't add it to my coffee bill after I hand you the machine back... SMH

I ordered an iced coffee with 3 shots and syrup. They charged me 80 cents extra for the syrup which is included in the price of the coffee and they didn't put 3 shots in the coffee.

I visited the location around 6:30 on February 5th. I always get a venti dark roast with a side of heavy cream. I noticed on my order screen, that the cream was added to the coffee. So when I got to the window .I asked to have the heavy cream on the side. I normally don't check the sound of heavy cream before pouring it into my coffee. But I did today and realized they gave me regular milk instead of heavy cream. I wasn't charged for the product but service is service.

Comfortable seating with access to plug ins. Staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job--they laughed and joked with customers and were singing along with the music and seemed to be genuinely having fun. Hot chocolate was great, the frozen pineapple lemonade is very bland and flavorless but it was made properly and my dislike was not the fault of the staff or location. Highly recommend this location!
