Rude woman this morning who was being a loud walking, talking gossip about another shopping customer. 2nd time I have encountered this here. Customers can see and hear how you are acting and treating customers. Unprofessional Starbucks.

I haven’t been able to stomach going to this location since I was in line to order a drink, watched the employee full on wipe his nose, then continue fixing a customers drink. I then got out of line without placing my order and have yet to revisit this location. Please go over sanitation methods and food safety with your employees. This is not the only location in Conway , AR to have these issues

Starbucks has great customer service, atmosphere is Family Friend Friendly. I would definitely recommend Starbucks.

The young blonde girl who works in this Kroger Starbucks on Salem rd is in desperate need of training. I say this as someone who is deeply lenient when it comes to my drink being messed up, I usually just deal with it, but here it’s not even possible to deal with it. Even with specific instructions it still doesn’t seem to work. I come to this Starbucks because it’s conveniently located near my work, but I can’t keep paying for a drink that I throw away as soon as I get it. I have neither the time nor the gall to ask her to remake it because 1) she seems really sweet, she just doesn’t know how to make the drinks. And 2) I hate making people feel bad! But if someone can get her trained and help her out that would be wonderful. I also asked for a double shot of espresso (which is where I think there is some confusion for her) and didn’t get it. I just got milk in a cup. ☹️

I love Starbucks been a loyal customer for twenty years or more. It reminds me of my mom and family, my mother has gone home to the Lord so, for the last 14 years continue the tradition with my daughter for our favorite past time! ❤️? love your coffee and our memories
