Decent food, not worth the price. The drive thru workers were not trained at all, it was a complete mess when I was ordering. I was at the window for 10 minutes before they gave me my food which was ready to go on the counter.

Horrible! Every single thing inthe sack was cold..burgers, nuggets, fries and onion rings not only cold but nasty. Person at register taking orders sneezing repeatedly and of course had no mask on EVEN THOUGH websiteClearly states that employees wear masks..BIG WASTE of $35. Tried to call them to complain but was hung up on repeatedly

Place has really went downhill since the original owners. The lady who took the order was nice, after that there is not too many positive things i can type. Order wasn't correct, food was lukewarm. etc etc etc.....won't be back :(

This place has very poor service have a large family we where on vacation stopped in and every order was wrong and every other costumer that came in got the same every order was wrong. Just so everyone knows that was the Conway Arkansas store. I have never had trouble with any other store steak -n- shake has very good food

tried to go through the drive through at 9:35pm. hours say that they close at 10pm. the place and the menu were lit, we sat there for 3 minutes in silence. no one came over the speaker and said a word. we had to wait until an employee came out to take out the trash to ask if they had closed early and he said yes. someone had just gone through the drive through ahead of us; they were still at the window when we left. definitely a very unprofessional and negative experience.

They were out of the stuff to make chili 3 ways, Dr pepper and we waited for almost 30 min to have them forget our fries. I've been going to steak & shake in Illinois for almost 50 years and have never had a bad experience, this one in Conway Arkansas is very sad. I'll just go to the ones that I know are good and skip the one in Conway.

NEVER going back!! Did not receive all my order and asked them to credit my card for the items missing. The female mgr told the worker to tell me that I need to dispute the charge with my bank!!! Wth!! Then refused to get on the phone bc she was busy. Went back up there and got my money with no hassle. We were faithful customers, but after seeing how dirty the place and the employees were ended that. Food was not good and fries were hard and wasted $20.. H*ll no, never again will I go back
Drink tasted like mold. Fries were hard. Burger was extra greasy and bun was soggy. They couldn't even give me a receipt that I asked for.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! These people are usually pretty well baked on some drugs or something, asking me a thousand times my order, and still messing it up. Beware of their water it smells terribly of mold and makes your throat itch. Went there only a few times but it has never been worth it. Coming all the way from little rock and even on mothers day for my own treat and they closed on me. I promise I am not a terrible customer, but man, this is the worst review I have ever in my life left. Trust me this place is a joke.
