Was referred to Soby's by some friends from work when I asked about a good local breakfast place. I was not disappointed! I had the eggs Benedict, has browns, and cinnamon roll - all made from scratch! Server was super sweet and very attentive checking in on me at appropriate times throughout my meal.
As we were driving from Tulsa to Jonesboro, my boyfriend and I made a dinner stop in Conway. I had been recommended to try Stoby’s for a while, and decided that now was the time- and I’m glad I made that decision. Our waitress(and I wish I remembered her name, but she was short and had colorful hair) was fantastic- straight to the point but fun, and will make sure you enjoy your food. Went out on a limb and got the PB & J Bacon Burger with Jalapeño. Very very good. Had a choice of jelly. Opted for Strawberry. It was great. The to top it off had a slice of Possum pie. Also really good
