The lady who was grabbing my pickup order seemed rude/bothered by me, and completely cut off another customer she was helping just to deal with me. I personally don’t find that okay at all and seriously disrespect considering they were there before me, and I was trying to wait till she was done with them. 🫤

This is the best Subway in the area! The employees are friendly and work incredibly hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. Every sandwich I’ve had here is consistently fresh and delicious.

This is the worse location in this area to get food from! Horrible customer service, they can’t even get the ingredients right as you’re standing right there telling them! I would definitely recommend going to another location, even if it’s a bit further, it’s worth it not to get food here

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this Subway was completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I stopped by in the morning, and the manager began making my sandwich without wearing gloves. I politely pointed it out, but instead of correcting the issue, she became visibly annoyed and responded with a disrespectful tone.

Throughout the interaction, she remained rude and dismissive. My sandwich was poorly made—wrong toppings, sloppy wrapping, and clearly thrown together without care or hygiene. Unfortunately, after eating it, I ended up feeling very ill later that day. Whether it was due to cross-contamination or poor food handling, this was absolutely unacceptable.

It’s one thing to make a mistake, but this was a complete failure in professionalism and food safety—especially from someone in a management role. I won’t be returning to this location, and I sincerely hope corporate steps in to evaluate how this store is being managed.

P.S. I would like to exclaim that the old manager was much better and was highly concerned about the food and service that is being presented to her customers.

I always love coming to subway the other day we went with some of our friends and they got about 40 cookies 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 the staff was amazed and so kind about it. We all laughed about the mass amount of cookies. They all had a good attitude about working and make you feel comfortable to talk to them.

Dude named Damian who works the afternoon at this subway doesn't treat customers right went for the first time in a while with my son, made me regret spending my money there. Used to work here and saw the ownership switch over every time it did 3 times and it's a shame how it's gotten. Alex Aseff needs to look into it and do some changes

I wasn’t going to say anything but every time I go in, this happens. Please please learn how to treat your customers and learn customer service skills. This is the most unwelcoming location I’ve ever been to. They don’t greet you, make you feel like making a sandwich is literally the worst thing in the world while giving a death stare, and don’t bother to say anything after you pay. Their energy says “ok bye leave now.” The workers are judgmental for no reason and sandwich bread is always burnt.
