Dude named Damian who works the afternoon at this subway doesn't treat customers right went for the first time in a while with my son, made me regret spending my money there. Used to work here and saw the ownership switch over every time it did 3 times and it's a shame how it's gotten. Alex Aseff needs to look into it and do some changes

I wasn’t going to say anything but every time I go in, this happens. Please please learn how to treat your customers and learn customer service skills. This is the most unwelcoming location I’ve ever been to. They don’t greet you, make you feel like making a sandwich is literally the worst thing in the world while giving a death stare, and don’t bother to say anything after you pay. Their energy says “ok bye leave now.” The workers are judgmental for no reason and sandwich bread is always burnt.

I went here with my dad to get some food but they were kinda busy which i understand and don’t mind waiting, but the man who made my sandwich burnt it, then rolled his eyes at me when I asked for “lettuce and tomato” on my sandwich. Then when he was checking me out I gave him a coupon while I was pulled out my phone to scan the app and he got upset with me, raised his voice and said “you should’ve told me before I scanned it”. Then again got more upset with me when I asked if they offered student discounts. The coupon was for two foot longs for $13 but when I was checking out it was $16 so I said “oh wait 16?” and he said “ya that’s how tax works”. I wanted to get out of there at this point so I paid and left, still left a 15% tip because I was scared I’d get yelled at if I didn’t. I will admit I can be a sensitive person at times but this experience made me want to cry because he raised his voice at me and made me feel stupid.

I walked into the store with a doordash bag and Daniel started shouting from across the store how much he wants to CHOKE the creator of door dash.
I told him that has nothing to do with me.
( & I took that as a threat! )Then he proceeded to tell me " Do you know what my biggest problem with door dash is"
I said " what?! "
Then he went on a rant about how us dashers never tip them. I said we deliver the food.
He said " YEAH WELL I MAKE THE FOOD!!" yelling at me..
I said ,"
that sounds like a personal problem and he should call corporate & that he has a serious problem!!.
He said "I don't have a problem,"
I said YES YOU DO !!!
[ All I wanted was to pick up the customers order and get out of there! ]

SIDE NOTE- [Dashers are not responsible for tipping because we are not the ones placing the order and eating the food, we pick up and deliver directly to the customer &over half the time we don't get tips either and we drive all over the city and sometimes out of city limits using gas. ]

Daniel yelled at me in the store and I have never seen or met this man before. There was another customer in the store during this interaction as well.
I was upset that he was BOLD & AGGRESSIVE with his words and of course there wasn't a manager available at that time.
DANIEL IS extremely unprofessional and I will no longer step foot inside that establishment, even as a customer.
I have never felt so disrespected walking into any restaurant in my entire life. The guy he was working with seemed like he didn't care either. I notified subway corporate , Door dash corporate and will be letting the manager aware of their employee.
I have been in customer service for over 25 years, and this was a first for me. He has some serious issues and shouldn't be working with the public.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! I put in an order on the app to pick up and arrived before it said the sandwich was ready, but it was on the rack for pickup. The footlong "toasted" sub was cold. The meat only went about 3/4 of the way down the bread, and the cheese just past halfway. The "area manager" sent a pathetic apology email and didn't offer to make it right with a refund or another sandwich.

So first I used to work at subway so Ik how it should be done I didn’t get greeted when I walked through the door then I told this girl who didn’t have a uniform on what I wanted and she was nice until I get to the veggie side and it’s a guy he’s supper rude not enthusiastic at all I didn’t want to leave a bad review but that’s not how you treat customers even if your having a bad day

The bread, specifically the Italian herbs and cheese, has tasted freezer burnt our last 2 times eating here. Unfortunately, we will have to find a new location to go to.

Ordered a six inch sandwich. First they’re out of American cheese- cool. I could use a little less fat/calories anyway. Then they’re out of mayonnaise…… but they gave me mayonnaise packets. I wasn’t going to leave a negative review until I got back to work w my lunch & realized they didn’t even put any napkins in the bag. Then I started asking myself how a subway runs out of the most popular cheese & condiment? ….. service was average, the guy wasn’t rude but didn’t seem thrilled to be there. I can’t blame him- I’m sure he deals w a lot of attitude being out of the basics he needs to do his job!

This is the 4th time I have been to this location and them have issue with the coupons not working. I guess a manager is never working because they say they cannot override the price to match the coupon. The staff always seem like they don't want to be there. The online feature for this location seldom works.The food is decent but not the freshest. I recommend going to a different location if you want Subway. The food is decent but not the freshest.
