AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! I put in an order on the app to pick up and arrived before it said the sandwich was ready, but it was on the rack for pickup. The footlong "toasted" sub was cold. The meat only went about 3/4 of the way down the bread, and the cheese just past halfway. The "area manager" sent a pathetic apology email and didn't offer to make it right with a refund or another sandwich.

So first I used to work at subway so Ik how it should be done I didn’t get greeted when I walked through the door then I told this girl who didn’t have a uniform on what I wanted and she was nice until I get to the veggie side and it’s a guy he’s supper rude not enthusiastic at all I didn’t want to leave a bad review but that’s not how you treat customers even if your having a bad day

The bread, specifically the Italian herbs and cheese, has tasted freezer burnt our last 2 times eating here. Unfortunately, we will have to find a new location to go to.

Ordered a six inch sandwich. First they’re out of American cheese- cool. I could use a little less fat/calories anyway. Then they’re out of mayonnaise…… but they gave me mayonnaise packets. I wasn’t going to leave a negative review until I got back to work w my lunch & realized they didn’t even put any napkins in the bag. Then I started asking myself how a subway runs out of the most popular cheese & condiment? ….. service was average, the guy wasn’t rude but didn’t seem thrilled to be there. I can’t blame him- I’m sure he deals w a lot of attitude being out of the basics he needs to do his job!

This is the 4th time I have been to this location and them have issue with the coupons not working. I guess a manager is never working because they say they cannot override the price to match the coupon. The staff always seem like they don't want to be there. The online feature for this location seldom works.The food is decent but not the freshest. I recommend going to a different location if you want Subway. The food is decent but not the freshest.

Went in with a coupons, intended to get a compromised 6" sub based on the Oak St. Subway. Was told by an Oak St. employee that coupons only worked on basic subs, disappointed I left. The employee at the Farris St Subway told me I was misinformed and the coupons work on most subs. Went for a foot long bacon chicken ranch. Got home and found the bread undercooked and doughy. The Review >>>> The Oak St. store is always difficult with poorly trained and occasionally stoned employees. The Farris St store is generally stingy on the toppings. I've been a customer of Subway from their beginning, but they have changed. I see cross contamination every time I visit including today (a slice of bacon was dropped on the assembly counter and then returned to the bacon bin). Now I only visit when it's convenient and I have coupons because a Subway sandwich just isn't a dollar per inch sub even when everything is done right. Factor in the employee wild card, well most of the time I just keep driving, as I should have today.

I ordered on the app. It took them an hour to make 4 footlongs. This store is ran terribly. Employees are rude and my family and I will never come to this Subway again.

Best location in conway for a sub! The mexicali is exceptional
The Philly cheese steak sandwich was well made and delicious. The sandwich artists were courteous and made an excellent sandwiches for both of us. We will return next time we hunger for a delicious

They’re computers when down and couldn’t do orders anymore. So the worker scraped my food back off and put it in the buckets and I had to leave…Not their fault for the computers but kinda really awkward how it was handled.
