I don’t know what these other reviews are about but, I’ve never had anything but excellent service at this location, and the food is always great, now the one on Farris, I’d steal clear from but the one on Dave Ward isn the r only subway location around here I would get food from

The staff is terrible. Legitimately the WORST I’ve had in a minute. I was waiting in the lobby for ten minutes before anyone came out. While I was talking the server about what I wanted on my sandwich, they still put two wrong ingredients that I can’t eat. They are very passive aggressive, and they love to ignore their customers. I hope something changes at subway. Because this ain’t what it used to be. This is ridiculous

SINCE THEY QUIT HAVING TCBY I WILL NOT BE BACK

Poor customer service. Like, I pulled up to the drive thru, and I waited a good 5 minutes. And I know the staff saw me, but they intentionally ignored me. All I wanted was to just pick up my order through the App and Go. Instead, I had to walk in, and I asked for my order. The staff was a bit clueless. I have my name and order details, but after a good 2 minutes, they finally found my order... Yeah, this location should do way better in customer service.

Who hires employees who treat customers like trash??? Listen all of you who works here! If you don’t want to work here then quit! It’s very disrespectful to treat customers the way you did to my family! You don’t deserve to get pay for your poor service. You’re gonna have to either find a job that fits your behavior or get it together. Disgusting!

Everytime I pickup a order here there is added ingredients I have never asked for, and missing ingredients I did ask for. My most recent order had some plastic wrap and hair on the inside of the sandwich. I will no longer order from this location. I tried calling and no one answers. Long hair so I'm assuming it was a girl who made my sandwich lol.

Just drove through to order at 941 and they say they're closed. Google says they're open until 10pm.

This place does not treat the workers right and they are always running to the back to get supplies to make the food.
