Who hires employees who treat customers like trash??? Listen all of you who works here! If you don’t want to work here then quit! It’s very disrespectful to treat customers the way you did to my family! You don’t deserve to get pay for your poor service. You’re gonna have to either find a job that fits your behavior or get it together. Disgusting!

Everytime I pickup a order here there is added ingredients I have never asked for, and missing ingredients I did ask for. My most recent order had some plastic wrap and hair on the inside of the sandwich. I will no longer order from this location. I tried calling and no one answers. Long hair so I'm assuming it was a girl who made my sandwich lol.

I used to order a certain sub, it is the only one my husband and myself like. It is no longer available on the website so I ordered something different. We did not like it at all, so I went to the store the next day with the subs and the receipt. I dealt with Deb, she was amazing! She refunded the money and she even looked into the problem I was having with the website, after a few frustrating minutes she understood what I was saying so she even went the extra mile to write down my order and pin it up so when I called the employees would know how to fill my order. It's really nice to have someone so helpful! Thank you Deb!

I was told by my Uber Eats driver that they were mad that they had an order to do right before close. She told me to please double check to make sure it’s right because the lady was just throwing stuff in my bag, not paying attention. Almost my complete order was wrong. Nothing was toasted as asked one of the sandwiches came with everything that was supposed to be on it except for the meat. Just like every other time, they’ve messed up my order. I proceeded to call for the next 30 minutes for them to answer the phone and deal with the customer service problem they created. Fed up with the customer service at this particular location!

I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. No one answered me, drove up to the window no one came, opened drive thru windows no one replied I called 3 times no one answered the phone. I had to park and go in to be received by a girl telling me the close the drive thru at 8;30 to which I replied why don’t you post it on the drive thru to which she replied not my job. I asked why they don’t answer there phone she said we don’t answer the phone because of spam calls. I will never go back to that location and will tell everyone I know not to go to that location

My order was totally messed up. My sandwich was simple toasted Turkey, Wheat bread, Swiss cheese, spinach, tomato, light oil and vinegar. My husband said he handed the guy at the window my list. My order had no cheese and vinegar.

Worst experience ever. I was the only one there and waited 25 mins for my food. It was two easy subs. They also made them incorrect and when I tried to address it they ignored me.

My wife and I stopped in to get a sandwich .we haven't been there since they reopened. We went in, and there were 2 people working. A young lady at the drive thru and a young man making a sandwich for the drive thru. The boy behind the sandwich counter never looked up or greeted us. He looked like he wasn't happy to see us. We waited for him to ask us if he could help us. He never looked or asked us.We could tell the way that he was acting that we were not going to get a good sandwich. So we left. This is the one on Dave Ward in Conway. The last few times that we went to this subway, it wasn't very good, but since they made some changes and reopened, we thought we would give it another shot. The employee was very unfriendly and we will not go back.We drove to the subway in mayflower and got an excellent sandwich and good service.

I just called to put an order in and I was met on the other line by a pitiful sigh, and when I said I would like to place and order to woman on the line sighed even LOUDER and said “can you not place the order online?”. To which I said no I’d like to make it over the phone and then she SIGHED again even louder. So I hung up. Hopefully she gets fired and replaced by someone with a bit more respect. I just wanted a sandwich dude.
