It's Taco Bell - don't expect fine dining. The food is tasty, addicting, somewhat bland, but consistent, which is important if you have food allergies or sensitivities. The locations I've been to always seem a bit understaffed and stressed -i.e., the service is a bit abrupt and rude, which is unfortunately the norm for most fast food restaurants now.
Dietary restrictions: You can find options that don't have dairy. I would be careful if you have celiac or a gluten allergy. The corn tortillas are gluten-free, but everything is prepared in the same kitchen, with the same people using the same utensils.
Parking: The Oak Street location has parking in the back of the restaurant - not good if you can't walk the distance around the building to get in
Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible on paper, but not practically. There are handicap spaces, but you have to make your way around the building to get in. They do have a good drive-thru
My Mexican pizza cold no cheese and tasted like burnt old oil..my whole 7$ box was cold as well barely any meat on anything

How is Taco Bell out of beef. This was the worst food I ate in my life.

They gave the most sorry excuse of an order I have ever seen, first they got my order wrong and didn’t realize until I got home, I ordered 2 bean burritos and got a cheesy roll up that is smaller than an actual tortilla rolled up, and got two beef tacos that the shells were stale, and the meat tasted terrible, I can’t believe this lack of care or anything, head to any other Taco Bell besides this one
Took my 80 yo mom thru drive thru and some younger employee named Jordan stated that I was rude and he had to right to refuse service! I pulled up and talked to Steve the manager who stated that I was rude when I ordered (after being told that they couldn’t hear me..) We left and went to Taco Bueno.. Will not return to this location!!

Bad place to work lost place of living in call store saying can't come in take off the schedule to help get me move to a different store tha close in I fill out a application online for the place closer in started work in got fired for not coming in at the first place.
