I placed a mobile order and picked it up rather quickly. They had my food ready and correct it was super hot which I greatly appreciate also to the person working the drive-through window who told me my nail color was cute and also said they appreciated my patience please let them know I appreciate them. Absolutely fantastic Taco Bell experience love my Dave Ward location. I choose it over all the others every time.

I came today 30 minutes early not knowing I had pulled up before they were open. However a girl did speak to me through the drive through asking me if I would be using the mobile app for rewards and I said No and I let her know that their outside screen wasn’t on or maybe just not working. She then proceeded to stop answering and went mute. It would have been nice and appreciative if she could have just simply let me know that they weren’t open til 9 instead of letting me sit in the drive through waiting for her response about the screen for 10 minutes. Very unprofessional and rude.

Worst customer service ever! My whole order was messed up went down the block the whole order was not even enter correctly and went back the lady at to Window refused to give her name and wanted to use foul language thinking I wouldn’t hear her Kat bed the window was closed.

I just wanted to say, this location is absolutely useless. It’s honestly impressive how you manage to mess up orders every single time. I don’t know if you’re training employees to ignore instructions or if it’s just chaos back there, but the consistency of failure is unreal. I order three items, I get two, and one’s not even close to what I asked for. The food looks like it was thrown together by raccoons during a power outage. If I wanted cold, sloppy, wrong food and a headache, I’d just eat out of the trash. I don’t know what’s worse — the complete lack of care or the fact that no one seems remotely surprised when it’s wrong. Honestly, if this place shut down tomorrow, it’d be a public service.

I have been to this taco bell 3 different times and every single time, my order is messed up. Missing food, giving me the wrong food, or simply giving out slop, it is unacceptable. Don’t even get me started on the sorry customer service. Workers easily catch attitudes when you ask too many questions or point out that they got the order wrong. It is not that hard to take and prepare an order, especially when there is only one car in line and not a soul in the lobby. DO BETTER!

This is the worst and slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have given this location 3 chances, each time placing a mobile order. After waiting a loooong time with like 2 cars ahead of me, I was asked the name of my order. I then was asked to wait for about 5 minutes until the car at the window left. They literally can only handle one car at a time. I might not care so much if the food was on par with other locations but this one also has exceptionally bad food. I will not be going a 4th time and would go out of my way to visit another location if I want Taco Bell again. 0/10.
