probably the worst taco bell experience ive had. this location since ive moved to conway has been beyond slow. i sat in the drive thru for a solid 3 minutes waiting to he acknowledged by the attendant then she told me to wait a second and i waited for another 5. it took them 15-20 minutes to get 3 cars through the drive thru. i ordered a baja blast and they gave me a diet one. i ordered a crunchwrap supreme and a mexican pizza. the crunchwrap was almost completely unwrapped in the package and yhe pizza was completely destroyed in the box, it looked like it was tossed around as much as possibke before they served it. overall a horrible experience and i will not return to this location a for a while.

The Taco Bell on Dave wards Drive in Conway and the one in Cabot, excellent. Love that $7 lux box. And the Baja blast is the best. The people that work there at both Taco Bell's actually have been so very nice and polite I love going there. Great service

My order was missing items and I didn't realize until I got home so that's partly on me I guess. Just a little bummed because I redeemed my birthday reward and then didn't receive it so I can't get it back. The cinnamon twists had a chemical-y taste, kinda like bleach, maybe old oil? I'm not usually one to leave a poor review but just go to a different TB if possible.

Zero stars should be an option. Staff is untrained and rude. Out of multiple drinks and items. Poor attitudes, but I probably would be too if I worked at this Taco Bell. I think I’ll eat dog food before I eat here again, but it’s pretty much the same thing.

Taco Bell food hasn't changed much in texture or quality for decades and I love it! But, staff service has definitely changed over the decades. I am not going to say anyone treated me bad or it was horrible, but just more and more there's a lack of respect for the customer through the years. Bless them for working so hard making the food, but maybe it's just signs of the time that youth don't appreciate the opportunity of a job ... I don't you tell me. Why do they ignore customers and we stand around the lobby waiting to ask a question? Yes, I know to order through the Kiosk haha
This restaurant needs new management. They never give me sauce, the food is always thrown together sloppily, and today they made me wait at the drive thru ordering area for like 10 minutes when there was nobody in front of me picking up food, and like 5 people behind me in a line. Absolutely wild that they're so slow during the lunch rush. Go to the Taco Bueno on South German, go to the Taco Bell on Oak Street. Don't waste your money and time here.

Terrible experience. Ordered food to go for me and multiple co-workers. I get my order & park my car to make sure everything is there. Our order was supposed to include multiple items, as well as a cravings box. One of the items was missing. I go into the store and ask for the missing item. Employee goes to the back to ask others where it's at, after which I hear another employee saying she put the item in the cravings box. The item wasn't a part of the box, so idk why they did that. No big deal, I thought. Go back out to my car, check the box. The missing item is in it, but one of the items that was SUPPOSED to be in the box is missing. Go back into store, tell them one of the box items is missing. Without saying a word, they go and grab the item, come back, and hand it to me, without so much as a nod.
Both times I went in they treated me like I was stupid, when they were the ones who didn't put everything I ordered in the bag.
I'm normally very understanding with fast food workers, I know it's a stressful job that doesn't pay much. Usually if something is missing i go back in to get it and go about my day, no big deal. But I didn't like being treated like I was stupid for asking for my missing items.
