We visited this Mexican Restaurant called Tacos 4 Life Grill in Conway, AR while passing through town
Found the restaurant on Happy Cow App and it has some veg options on their menu
They made my Veg Taco items on separate pans, but same prep are, still very cool to think about separating the cooking
Friendly crew, food was good, portions were not large, I would go back
They have a few Veg options, mostly tofu.. i saw reviews of a chickpea option, but I didnt see it on the menu 🙁 The Tofu Taco i had was OK, hard to eat with so many cubed ingredients (im used to shredded i guess) but it had some flavor, i am from Arizona, I can only assume “flavor” here is a bit less spicy than I’m accustomed to
You can watch them prepare the food. She sliced the avocado fresh, and half went on my taco !! The vibe was upbeat, and the employees seemed happy to be at work
They cooked my Tofu on a separate pan from where they cook the meats !!!

Just ordered my food maybe like 5 min ago and it all tasted great just all 3 of my tacos and my rice was cold, I get the toppings and whatnot being cold but the meat and rice all around was cold was just upsetting

Oh my goodness first time of eating there it was delicious
Great concept and food. Like that have option of salsa. Bean dip or queso to go with the chip sides (included in meals) Had the habanero mango chicken taco and pinapple coconut shrimp taco. Filling on both had great flavor.

My wife and I really like tacos4life food but the service at the Conway location on Oak Street has been horrible the last 2 times. This past Saturday we waited 5 minutes at the counter before someone took our order then sat at a table. We waited nearly 20 minutes before walking to the counter to ask about the order and it was sitting on the counter. Our entire time eating no one checked on us. The restaurant was nearly empty so no excuses on the service.
