There are plenty of good taco trucks in town. You can't go wrong with most of them. But this is my preferred go to spot. The owner is friendly, and the food has always been on point.
I had a taco and burrito today, both carne asada. The taco was a bit on the dry side, like the meat could have been more moist and tender. But the burrito was really good. It's the same meat but when mixed with rice, beans, cheese, peppers and onions, it all just works. He gave me 2 sauces, one red and one green. The red was too spicy for me but the green was not a bad addition to the burrito.My only real complaint is that I had to eat the burrito with a fork cuz it's...
