Mouth watering delicious. My son & I eat here at least once a week. Love the Harissa chicken and all the sauces.

Veggie sides are ridiculously WAY too small for the price!!!!!!! The bowls are less than half cup!!!!!!! Never seen anything like it and I am GREEK!!!! Food is cold (rice & potatoes) as soon as you get it!!!! I've been there several times. Chicken soup is good but you would have to eat about 5 bowls to fill you up and they have.no rolls, biscuits or bread you can eat with your meal!!!!!

Parking: Not enough!!!!!! It's a shame because I am Greek and the employees are not very friendly at ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Too expensive for what it is. The gyros didn't taste like any gyro I've had before. Just disappointing. I'd rather drive the extra 30 minutes to Little Rock to get some gyros there. More authentic and much cheaper.

I wished the grilled lamb gyro had thicker slices of grilled lamb and should have been served hot. I actually had to check to see if Taztziki sauce made it onto my pita.
I will try something different when I return.

We ordered the feast plate with pork and beef, it came with salad and rice. Everything was delicious!! It's fast casual so you order at the counter and sit at a table with a number.

The foods are pretty good and you will want to read the menu closely.
It's one of those "order at the counter and we'll bring it to you" places.
Plenty of seating and, is that Hipster music I hear?
The menu items have quite a variety of flavors, so I suggest ordering one or two things to enjoy, so your palate doesn't get confused.
Best gyros in Conway that I know of.

It's ok. Far from traditional gyro. If you want a quick Greek fix it works but that's about it.

I called again hoping to speak to a different person, and spoke to another woman who apologized, offered me a refund, and let me speak to the manager.

I called the restaurant after bringing home a chicken rollup and biting into a huge bone on the first bite. I was lucky it was the flat, wide end of the bone, and not the pointed, thin end on the other side. I called the restaurant and the employee I spoke to basically said that wasn’t possible because they use chicken breast. As if there’s not bones in a breast (ribcage). She did not apologize or offer a replacement or discount. She was dismissive and said she would let her manager know. This is dangerous. Someone could break a tooth or swallow a bone.

PLEASE READ——Edit to update 8/9/2024: I received a very sincere and apologetic email from one of the managers just 2-3 hours after submitting my complaint. He apologized for the food and service, stated that he was educating his entire staff on appropriate responses, stated that he had refunded my account for the meal, and offered my next meal to be on him. This spoke volumes to me and I replied with gratitude for his apology and the refund for my meal. I returned to this location the next evening and ordered as I always do (because with food, I am a creature of habit). I paid for this meal as I felt the refund and apology was more than fair. The manager quickly came to the drive-thru window and instructed his employee to refund/void this transaction…which she did. He again apologized, and the food was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!! Just like it typically is!!!! To the manager, Michael N at Tazikis in Conway….THANK YOU!!!!! If you expect people to support your business, then give them the service and products they paid for!! If you mess up, and a customer has politely informed of the mistake, but wait….the one who messed up the order, and said that it would be taken care of next time, and FAILS to write your name in a book….the manager doesn’t attempt to even ask any workers about it, but says they can’t “just give out free food”!!!!???? I am a very regular customer to Tazikis over years of time!!! I have scanned receipts to support this, sadly. This (Conway) is the ONLY Tazikis location that I have EVER had issues with!!! I could understand on some level if I regularly call and complain and expect “free” food to FIX/REPLACE my messed up order. But I don’t. Instead, my trash can got the pleasure of enjoying the over-cooked, dry and brittle beef nuggets that I was sent home with, and an unpleasant “conversation” with tonight’s manager on shift. I didn’t expect “free” food…I expected for a mistake to be corrected and get what I had already previously paid for and was told that I would get! Evidently, this “book” has a list of names of those who have also had issues. It would be worth considering that management needs to be more concerned about the number of names in that book and how to improve the quality of service and food!
