The conway location is so under sized for the amount of business. Not enough parking at all. And is horrible if you have large group cause they don't have seating to accommodate you together. Your party will have to sit at tables opposite each other. And wait times are ridiculous with it being an hour up to 3 for seating.

This Texas Roadhouse used to be our favorite steak restaurant in Conway. They were the best and always got it right. Unfortunately, the quality has diminished to the point we won't be back. We noticed the cook on the steaks varied a lot on previous visits. My wife and I both order the same thing every time. Filet cooked medium. Hers would be so rare that we'd have to swap. Or one would be way overdone. Two steaks delivered to the same table were never the same. Not even close. Two months ago, we brought our daughter. Each of us ordered a steak, and each of us ordered it medium. We had to send one back because it was well done, one was very rare, and the third was perfect.
We love this place, so last Sunday we tried one last time. My wife's was under, but mine was very well done. I can understand not perfect, but it was brown and dry. I sent it back. It seems that if you send back a steak that was supposed to be medium, but was horribly cooked, the chef in the back thinks that means you don't like medium, so they cook it rare. I assume this is why my second steak was rare. I don't want rare. I want medium. They cannot consistently present a medium steak. It's unnerving.
However, the service is always great. The bread, salads, potatoes, sides, chicken sandwiches, burgers, and other entrees are great. If you do not want a steak, give this place a shot. We truly do enjoy going to Texas Roadhouse for everything they offer except for their steaks. And I can't give a steakhouse a decent rating if they can't get a steak right on 4 different visits.
I truly hope they get new management, cooking practices, or whatever quality control is necessary to get this fixed. They won't get another dime from me for a long, long time.

I had a lovely experience here. Not gonna lie I'm a fanatic for the rolls and butter, that alone sets the minimum to a 3/5 if that keeps coming, which it did. They were prompt on refills, reasonably quick service, my fried chicken sandwich had two fried filets for its meat which amused me. I'd recommend, and try the bar seating sometime it's kinda cool.

I had dinner last night here in Conway, AR at Texas Roadhouse. I have got to say I think it is absolutely one of the best run restaurants in Arkansas. Service is always over the top. My food was cooked to perfection I had the prime rib I love it. The entire staff is amazing. I know a few of them because they attend Conway High School as well as the owners daughter. Every time we have been the place was packed. We tried to get a table but the wait was 1.5 hours. So instead we ordered take out. The steaks were kind of dry but did taste good. They were going to charge us for a few extra rolls until we complained. I don't know why we keep trying to go here.
