Stopped in at Texas Roadhouse in Conway, Arkansas, and everything was spot on! The hamburger was cooked perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and just the way I ordered it. And of course, the rolls were hot, fresh, and absolutely amazing as always. Great service and friendly staff made it even better. Definitely worth the stop!

The service staff was not the problem they were all amazing! The food itself...was questionable? They unfortunately don't know what a cooked steak is..or cooked bacon(on the bacon cheese burger)😔 We just assumed by the constantly packed parking lot it would be worth it but it wasn't.

Steaks were overcooked, it took an hour to get our food after waiting 30 minutes for a table. Manager (Cameron) was too busy to talk to us.
I had a to-go order tgat I ordered online menu says drinks20oz but it was a16oz I said something at the time he said it is a 20oz. So I wasn't going to argue got home poured my tea into a cup that had ice in it as there was a tiny amount in it. Then filled cup up poured into an 18oz cup and it wasn't 20 it was 16 as I had said. Even says 16 on bottom of the cup. Don't get me wrong I Love our Texas Roadhouse but this was disappointing.
