The blonde hair woman was extremely rude and snatched the check out of my friends hands had to get my steak redone but both times they came back well done when I ordered mid well and I have a garlic allergy and the second time the steak came smothered in garlic lucky my buddy saved my butt by taking it from me. This was my first time getting TGI but I'll never eat there ever again. 1/10 I'll never recommend!

Ordered a medium well steak with no garlic because of allergies, the first steak was well done with no garlic, ok so I got another steak well done with garlic, then the blonde hair girl got a attitude saying that a medium well steak doesn't have any pink in it and wouldn't comp the steak, when it came time to pay she snatched my car out of my hand and had a attitude, I was fine until she had the attitude.

This place has gone down hill. I don’t live local but visit here when in town. My 3rd recent visit and it’s been the same every time. Very unclean! They need to clean their dishwasher and EVERYTHING has soap scum ALL over it. The food sucks! I used to look forward to eating here. Not any more. I will not come back. I will say, our waiter (in this visit) was so nice and I felt he was embarrassed by the place too.

It's always a bad sign when there are barely any customers on a Friday night, but it was worse than I thought. The chips were soggy and gummy, none of the food had flavor and gave me terrible heartburn and probably food poisoning with how my stomach feels. Very overpriced garbage, even the beer tastes off.
Food was old just reheated and had to wait a long time to get service and to get our check then was over charged. Can definitely tell why they are going out of business.

Stoped in Conway for lunch. The restaurant had a small Gluten-free menu. The food was good and the server was go to the kitchen to ask questions. We were surprised how well they attended to us.

Great place for beer and watching some games. The food was okay, the children's spaghetti was both wet and dry at the same time. The fruit bowl as a side was very big and very good. The appetizer we shared was good.
