very slow service . my husband's eggs were cold. took forever to refill our drinks. used to be a really good place.

Food was delicious, however I paid almost $10 for a dessert and everything wasn’t on it! The picture shows two pieces of pound cake, strawberries and the cream cheese but mine didn’t look like that at all! Also the cake was broken so presentation and not having all ingredients warranted the three stars!

I loved the two lady’s that were in there working when we went in. They were amazing, attentive and since there was no one else in there at the time we got to chat with them while we dined. I will definitely stop here again next time I pass through the area.

Stopped coming here due to staff and management, On one occasion they just were not open at their stated time. Seemed to be going through staffing challenges. However today looked like they were trying to right the ship. The restaurant was a bit dirty and the restroom was really bad. The wait staff was pleasant and the food and coffee were hot. So 3 stars. I will revisit.

Honestly looked way better than it was and ordered onion rings just to get 5 small ones. Maybe I’m a fatty ??‍♂️ But 5 onion rings doesn’t quite cut it ?

Horrible. Served eggs that were literally 80% raw slime & told by the waitress "sorry, I asked him to cook these right, but he (the cook) said he didn't want to." never got the hash browns that were supposed to come with the meals either, but still charged for them.

Burnt hamburger and overcooked fries. We aren’t happy with them because they only give me 5 onion rings that it. We ordered for takeout and very disappointed!!!

Oder a sandwich off of DoorDash for a sandwich. Man I was surprised how good the sandwich was. I just wanted to try something different. The fact that they only had one review and it was bad made me hesitant to order. But I was board and again wanted to try something different. I had the roast beef sandwich. That was fire!

This location is actually a Denny's that has been CLOSED FOR DAYS now. You can still place an order online though. They will still take your money and provide nothing. I placed an order that was supposed to be picked up at 9:35PM. When I arrived for pickup, the Denny's that The Meltdown is in was closed! Why would I be able to order online AND PAY if they ARE CLOSED. The sandwiches are already extremely overpriced to start with, but this is beyond unacceptable. Now I get to go through obtaining a refund. You have lost my business.UPDATE: It took two more days and lots of hold time to get a refund. I called the Conway location FOR TWO DAYS and nobody answered. I called the Little Rock location and nobody answered. I called Denny's Customer Support, was put on hold, talked to a rep., was put on hold. She needed to escalate the call, put on hold. She needed to transfer me to DoorDash, put on hold. She needed to check the notes, put on hold. Finally I was able to get a refund. No compensation for your time and frustration. Zero Stars. Awful business practice. What even is the deal with these locations?
