Honestly looked way better than it was and ordered onion rings just to get 5 small ones. Maybe I’m a fatty ??‍♂️ But 5 onion rings doesn’t quite cut it ?

Our waitress barely made sure we were okay and rushed through taking our order, never came back until the check. When we got our food it wasn't all delivered at the same time. Food was on the brink of being cold. This Dennys apparently allows pets that aren't support animals to be in the restaurant. Overall wasn't a good experience unfortunately.

12-16-2023 at 2am so 12-17-2023 we had a dash order and we went to the building and there was two females inside who watched us stand at the door and even tried to walk past once we got their attention and they went inside to talk to the cooks they proceeded to go out the back door trying to avoid letting us know anything we just so happened to see them for them to say "we can't do that" which would've been fine but the complete ignorance to go out a different door leaving costumers outside in the cold not saying a single thing is absolutely trash and they need to be retrained or replaced

I ordered 4 biscuits and gravy before 9am. I picked up the order and it was cold. I got the food home and there was hardly any gravy. The biscuits must have been made a week ago because they were rock hard. I used to love their biscuits but now I will order elsewhere.

Absolutely nasty like, I ordered off uber eats and this is how i got my food, and when i called to talk to them about it i was left on hold for 30 mins. Absolutely terrible customer service. And absolutely nasty food

Love Dennys! This is a great place to have breakfast. Plenty of items to choose from. The place is fairly new and stays clean. This location usually isn't very busy unless it's early in the day. I usually like to go around dinner time when they are not as busy. The servers are also very nice.

10/10 On service and food quality! They were 3 staff members short but the two of them did a great job at taking care of everyone! Food was good and orders were right! Based on my first experience at this location I was very impressed! I think our waitresses name was Mary and I didn't catch the other ones name but they worked together as a team and rocked it out. Will absolutely return!

Oder a sandwich off of DoorDash for a sandwich. Man I was surprised how good the sandwich was. I just wanted to try something different. The fact that they only had one review and it was bad made me hesitant to order. But I was board and again wanted to try something different. I had the roast beef sandwich. That was fire!

This location is actually a Denny's that has been CLOSED FOR DAYS now. You can still place an order online though. They will still take your money and provide nothing. I placed an order that was supposed to be picked up at 9:35PM. When I arrived for pickup, the Denny's that The Meltdown is in was closed! Why would I be able to order online AND PAY if they ARE CLOSED. The sandwiches are already extremely overpriced to start with, but this is beyond unacceptable. Now I get to go through obtaining a refund. You have lost my business.UPDATE: It took two more days and lots of hold time to get a refund. I called the Conway location FOR TWO DAYS and nobody answered. I called the Little Rock location and nobody answered. I called Denny's Customer Support, was put on hold, talked to a rep., was put on hold. She needed to escalate the call, put on hold. She needed to transfer me to DoorDash, put on hold. She needed to check the notes, put on hold. Finally I was able to get a refund. No compensation for your time and frustration. Zero Stars. Awful business practice. What even is the deal with these locations?

I LOVE Denny's. This location has such a good vibe. The food is pretty good too. My only complaint is that they need to wash the dishes better. Other than that, I have a great experience every time.

The best breakfast this morning. Brooklyn was awesome, food was awesome & the order came to our table correct. Just what you want, nothing more and definitely nothing less. I will be back!

Food was terrible. Biscuits are charcoal and the toast was hard as a rock. Sausage links taste like plastic mixed with imitation meat and we waited 20 min for our to go order when arriving 35 minutes after we placed it. 3 eggs were supposed to come with our order there was a sliver of an egg in the container. Not to mention the jelly comes in an unmarked container and taste like raspberry jelly mixed with a ton of artificial flavorings. Please do not go here save yourself the money and your poor stomach.

Not sure why the low rating as I thought everything perfect. These waitresses where top notch. We were seated promptly around 11:30am. It was pretty busy. Our set up and drink order taken within a reasonable time and also our order. Got a refill on our coffee when food arrived. I had a grand slam and spouse had veggie omelette with fruit. Was very good. Waitress friendly but hustling to serve many customers. All workers with smiles even while busy on the go. Hope the manager and owner sees this review. If I lived here I wouldn't hesitate to return. This is how all restaurants should operate. Mar 17 2022.
