Placed order for pick up. Paid by credit card online. Included a tip and paid $1.75 "processing fee" to order and pick up the food. Once I arrived and food was brought out in a bag, I asked if I could have some parmesan cheese. I was told by server "no". He said "I'll have to charge you for parmesan." Took back my order to hotel to share with my guest and upon opening the bag, found that the restaurant had failed to include a salad I ordered; and there was ZERO parmesan cheese on the pasta orders nor any included in the bag. I called restaurant and same person who refused to give me any parmesan cheese answered phone. I told him that my salad was missing. He said that the "screen" didn't show any salad in the order. I told him that I was looking at my receipt online and that I had been charged $5.99 for the salad. He said he'd "check the computer" and returned and told me that it did show that I paid for a salad and if I wanted to come back up they'd make me a salad. I explained that I couldn't come back and even if I could, my food would be cold by the time I returned from making an extra round trip to get a salad they forgot to pack. The server asked me if I'd like to speak to his manager and I said "please." "While I was waiting, I heard the server tell the manager that "this guy is on the phone and he didn't get his salad and he's mad that I wouldn't give him parmesan when he picked up the order." The manager told me that if I wanted a refund, I'd have to contact the food app I used (I used a google app that was on company website) because "they hold our money." I ended up being out of a salad that I paid $5.99 for; had a less than enjoyable meal because of no parmesan cheese, and possibly the least caring, worst service I've ever received from a restaurant. Stay Away!!

The wife and I were told about this amazing little Italian restaurant and we had to check it out! We were told to request Lynne due to her superior customer service. When we arrived we were greeted with such a warm and friendly smile. We requested Lynne and to our surprise that was the person who greeted us. We were seated and asked for her recommendations, she really took the time to explain about the items and recommend her favorites which we definitely ordered those recommendations! As I forgot the name of the dish my wife ordered it was a spicy mushroom chicken shrimp pasta dish. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak sub. When I say the food was extremely fresh and can taste all the wonderful Italian flavors and we got our food rather quick. For an appetizer we got the best Garlic cheesy bread, recommended by Lynne she said it was everyone's favorite! Lynne never missed a beat! She was in her A Game! A waitress like that, really cares about her customers! Checked in with us frequently made sure we had an excellent experience! Will definitely be returning customers! THANKS VERONA AND LYNNE!!

What has happened to this restaurant? New owners? Had lunch and the lettuce in my salad was brown, the bread was stale and the lasagna had hardly any sauce or pasta just mostly grounded up meat. It used to be so good. Sad ?

It was THE PERFECT Valentines Dinner. ??????❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ The only bad thing was it was very difficult to choose what we wanted BECAUSE it all sounded GOOD. ???????? I had The Louisiana pasta meal. Got the fried calamari and it was very chewy and rubbery for my appetizer then, got the chicken parmigiana pasta and the chicken breading was very soggy. My cousin got the same thing and her breading was soggy too. Spent $100 there and would of rather had a McChicken.
I absolutely love this place. I get the sausage pizzaiola and extra rolls. The dish has a little spice to it and is so good. I also highly recommend their tomato soup when it’s available. My family usually gets the Alfredo and like it too. The staff are all very nice and never make fun of me even though I pronounce “pizzaiola” differently every time I say it.

I went here today with my grandfather the waitress was wonderful and the service was great sadly I’m pretty sure the cheese in my cheese raviolis was spoiled and you could tell by smelling it. so I did not eat my lunch. I probably won’t eat here again.

This is a very quaint Itillian restaurant with a warm atmosphere. The food is a toss up, depending on what you get, the salad was amazing the main course was amazing, the appetizer left something to be desired. Overall I would not mind coming back.
