Whats the point of the order ahead app, when you show up when told the food will be ready only to find out “it hasn’t been been called back yet”, to waiting another 20 mins. 48 minutes from order time till we left with our food. This is waffles and eggs folks. Ridiculous.
Edit: now we get home and none of our meat with each of the meals is in the bag. Not only did you steal my time but you stole my money as well. And of course, your phone number leads to a recording with no option to speak with someone.

I have stopped eating at certain waffle houses due the low standards as far as customer service is concerned. But today my son and I went to the new one on Hogan Lane. The food was awesome. The restaurant was so clean and organized, the employees were super friendly and courteous....this location has renewed my faith in waffle house....one of the only eat in restaurants available 24/7. +++

Wednesday, Aug 21 9:45 am.......Poor customer service, walked in and didn't get greeted nor even looked at but the customer who walked in behind got greeted and seated with silverware immediately not sure why but without making scene i just got up and left. Went to the skyline location and in not even 5 minutes the kind lady greeted with a big and smile and even asked if I have I been served or not

A very rare occurrence happened this evening as my husband and myself found ourselves child free. After much debate we decided to dine out at the new waffle house. When walking thru the door there was no welcome to wh. We had to wait for a table to be cleaned off before being able to sit. We noticed the couple at the next table still didn't have drinks. We watched a server step over a knocked over trash can, while another was arguing with a table on the other side. After sitting for 4-7 mins without our server coming back to offer drinks. We decided to just leave. Prolly won't be back
