My husband and I came in around 3 am on Oct 27th and our server was awesome and the cook was amazing we got our food just the way we wanted it so no complaints from us and we will be back most definitely.

The waitress by the name of Jade was extremely unwelcoming by making discrete comments when we walked in like “lock the doors” and she was hostile for no apparent reason other than the fact that we were there. She immediately handed us plastic utensils instead of the regular cutlery that’s provided when you dine. Also, she had horrible customer service that resulted in an uneasy atmosphere. If you’re going to act like this while working during your shift then you quite frankly shouldn’t ever have a job. Would never recommend this waffle house to anyone as i’ve never had an experience like this at another location! Please get rid of her!

Restaurant was so nasty I almost changed my mind before ordering. The eggs were over cooked and the waffle was cold. Seemed to be at least two servers and only 3 tables sat. Not sure how on Earth the kitchen got so gross or why no one on the clock was embarrassed for customers to see it like that.
I ordered an all star and asked if they would make the waffle after i finished the rest of the food. Server said, “sure”. After she brought me my food, she came right back with the waffle. She said, “I know you wanted your waffle later, but it went ahead and came out”
Almost like the waffle had a mind of its own… it went ahead and came out. How much does it cost to make another waffle? Surely not much. Waffle was nice and cold by the time I got to it.
None of these things are a huge deal by themselves, but all together it screams lack of leadership. Weekend overnight crew needs adult supervision and leadership. IF… they actually care about standards. If not, keep doing what you’re doing.

I went in to get lunch to-go. I placed my order and sat there waiting. There were three groups in total in this Waffle House, so they were not busy. I noticed another lady walk in and also place a to-go order. She got her order before mine which I didn't think anything of. After sitting there for 15 minutes the server who took my looked panicked went and grab a ticket and then called out my order. It took them 15 minutes before my food had even begun to be made. More than likely, I will not be going back to this Waffle House.

I just left and will not be going back! The floors had food left on them and were sticky. The young lady taking our order couldn't get it right she kept coming back asking the same questions over and over and still didn't get our order right.It was only 4 people in the restaurant and they were with me. This restaurant really need some help or more training! I wish I would've never went!

Wish they would have music playing without having to pay.
Always good greasy food. Price increases are certainly reflected but worth it. I would not recommend eating at Waffle House every day, or you'll probably die of a heart attack within a year... but good every once in a while. Service is always top notch.

Dirty tables were wiped from the line cook side. I didn't understand why they didn't come around and clean. Wasn't very ergonomic reaching all the way over, didn't get the seats. Food was ok sausage and waffle way overcooked. Lots of talking eating and confusion at the line cooks. Our waiter was decent, though.

Update Thursday night we seen a roach on are table we was there with a large group and hair in one of are friends pancakes we was with a large group and eat here every week the person who was cooking kept cursing because of the hair every one there that night made us feel unwelcome we will now be going to Dennys it's a shame because this was are spot

Did an online for a work lunch. They didn't start the order until. I asked about my order. The mangers face had a look of shock. My chicken seemed off. It had a slimy feel like it was undercooked. I even tipped the order.
