This is the worst Wendy's. The food is always bad. Cold fries, stale buns, bad tasting chicken. I keep giving them a chance because they are so close. It's never been good once.

The first thing I noticed when walking into Wendy's was the smell. It smelled like old grease. The tables had not been wiped down. The floors were dirty. They did not have salt packets. Instead, we were given a cup half full of salt. I did not get ketchup because the pumps were dirty with dried ketchup. The food, burgers and fries, was cold. I won't ever be going back to that restaurant.

We stopped to grab lunch on our way passing through Conway. The outside was pretty rough looking but the service was great. Took our order quickly and didn’t have to wait long for our food. Nuggets were fantastic, freshly cooked and juicy. The fries were old and chewy so much so that we weren’t able to eat them.

We visited this location about 30 minutes before closing. Upon passing the restaurant due to the outside lights being off, we pulled in and once we checked that it was open, we entered. The employee who took our order was very nice, courteous and a sweet girl.. she took our order with ease and was very helpful. The store however, was very messy food all over the work area. The restroom trashcan was overflowing. An employee walked up and said we were going to have to leave because they were closed. This restaurant does not represent Wendy's nor their commitments to the top quality that Wendy's has been known for. There is some work needed for repeat customer based business.

The staff was very nice and tried to right the issue just to start with that.

Me and my fiancée ordered meals and the 3 new frosty swirl and 2/3 had hair and black mold on the lids then the 3rd had just hair on the lid. I would check your lids before eating.

didn’t even order because of the rude an obnoxious greeting we were met with in the drive thru. i get it’s a wendy’s but teach ur employees how to be kind and courteous. horrible horrible service. 0 star service honestly.

Hot Wired

This location was dirty in the lobby area as well as restrooms.

The condiments were not stocked, the area was also dirty.

The drink machine in the lobby was non operational as well as the ice machine part.

The wait staff was friendly.. The order was.nit completely filled when our name was called. We had missing items.

The fries were cold. The burgers were served cold..

Noone here beside us..

My issue isn't with the food it's with Wendy's not being ready to serve the community good business practice is to have change on hand so you can give change to the customers no matter what they're paying in I went there through to drive through today place an order for lunch went to pay the man refused to take my money because it was $100 bill this is America I should be able to pay in the cash if I want to you should have change on hand so the client doesn't have to struggle just to get lunch the guy in the Drive-Thru told me I had to cancel my order because they didn't have change for my hundred you would think that would be first priority to make sure you have change and your cash registers so your customers can get food not everybody likes paying with a credit card just to let you know since you wasn't ready to do business today you lost business to Riley's today guess what they were ready they had change

I cannot rate the food as I wasn’t able to order. I stood at the counter for five minutes, waiting for the four workers behind the counter try to get the only other customer her discount. It’s amazing they stay in business! Finally wound up at Burger King, where I was immediately greeted with a smile and service.

Was in drive thru young lady was very arrogant. And laughing loud with co worker. Had 3 drinks didn't offer drink carrier. Was complaining about having to work. Shouldn't happen in front of customers
