If I could give zero stars, I would. We got 2 burritos from this location. The first time we got the burritos, every item in the burrito was cold. The second time, after they supposedly remade them, only the potato wedges were warm. The manager acted like we lied about it, and wasn't nice or professional. I've gone to this Wendy's many times. Never have I ever had this many problems from Wendy's. We will not be back, and I don't recommend anyone going there.

Taco salad was pretty mediocre with wilted lettuce a bit of cheese and tomato. Throw in a serving of chili and a small bag of chips. The chili was good anyway

The most recent visit to this Conway Wendy's was a little interesting. The sausage biscuit was filling, and the seasoned fries were very good. The highlight of the food was the oatmeal crisp.

This has got to be one of the worst Wendy's in the state of Arkansas if you go through the drive-thru from 12:00 till 1:00 you'll be lucky if you get through there if you're even the first or second car in line if you go inside you can just bet the you will not get your order right either and the drink machine is always screwed up it tastes like crap no need to buy a drink in there you just want to bring your own if you like Coke with your food even the water taste like you know would not recommend eating it this one the one across town in front of the old Walmart is far better doesn't matter if you're dying entertake up

Walked into the restaurant and the person mooping the floor came and took our order without washing his hands. He proceded to grab a bag to get our ordered. I told him that if he is mooping the floor he shouldn't be in the kitchen handling the orders and he just looked at me like he didn't even registered and cotinue to the kitchen. The lack of training or care is obvious. We will never go back they have nasty employees.

Just because door dashers aren’t paying customers, we don’t deserve to be treated the way I was today. Not a single person besides a gentleman who I’m going to assume was new asked if I had been helped or who the door dash was for. The manager even walked past me multiple times without speaking a word. Do better and don’t act like you’re absolutely miserable

Bought breakfast and was so surprised that how much bacon was on the bacon, egg, n cheese biscuit! Then there was cut potatoes instead of pressed potatoes! Great breakfast!
