Rudest staff I have ever encountered. I was being rushed & talked over so much while trying to order they kept telling me that they couldn’t understand me. Finally got my order correct after she stopped interrupting and rushing me along. I waited forever for the order just for it to be cold. Has happened to me multiple time at this location. The coldest day of the year and some how they don’t have any chili, but just seemed more like they just didn’t want to make it. Normally I wouldn’t even waste my energy, but like I said this has happened to me Way too many times at this location. I’ll be going to Oak street for now on.

Stood at the front counter... 15 minutes... Only thing the worker did was sit on her phone and look at me... The man behind the counter walked right passed us.... It's sad how customer service isn't a valued thing anymore. I literally looked at the girl and when she seen us looking at her she walked to the back... Like I guess it was such a hassle to take my family's order....

Stood in line with 3 people ahead of us for 10 minutes. The guy working the counter waited on 1 person in that time. There were at least 7 ppl working and they were not that busy. Went to Popeyes down the road. They had half the ppl and were 3x as busy. Not to mention the super sticky floors.

Foods ok. Its what you expect from cheap fast food. People at front are normally friendly and helpful. Drive through people especially at night are almost always rude. There's no reason for attitude. I am always polite and try to brush it off but sometimes they just are rude regardless.

It took at least 5 minutes of all the employees staring at me for someone to take my order. I ordered the sausage burrito. They made it quickly then proceeded to let it sit on the counter for another 5 minutes while they talked and joked around. When I finally got it, not only was it not warm, there were only 2 small pieces of sausage at each end with mostly egg in the middle. Awful experience.

The food was great! I didn't care for the caramel frosty; I prefer vanilla, chocolate, or orange. We were there around noon and the place was very busy, so we had to wait a while.
Ordered breakfast asked for medium frosty latte coffee...actually got a small ...employee said it would take a minute to get a refund instead of making a medium coffee...finally got our food for it to be cold

My family loves eating at Wendy's when we are in Conway. We live in Clinton AR and only fast food is McDonalds, Taco Bell and Subway. These 3 Fast Food Restaurants are trash because they have no competition like Wendy's or Dairy Queen. The employees attitudes such and the food is almost always cold when we get it. But Wendy's in Conway is one of the cleanest Fast Food Restaurant that I have been to and food is great and employees are friendly
