This location seems to have not really gotten their dining area recovered since the pandemic. I've not seen it clean inside for quite a while. There seems to be a serious morale problem. I can understand if people have unhappy lives, but grumpily shuffling through a minimum wage job is not a life choice. Much better Wendy's across town.

I've never been to a Wendy's restaurant where the staff was so unprepared for customers. All of the sodas were empty. The floor was filthy. The staff definitely demonstrated by their attitudes that they do not like working there or waiting on customers. The atmosphere was depressing and I wish we had not gone there. The entire store as far as I could observe was dirty. My drink cup had something sticky on it and we had to ask for refills for Diet Coke since it wasn't available in the dine in area. I'm not sure how they managed to take our order and prepare it, and serve it lukewarm, not fresh. Not going back to that Wendy's ever!

I had a really disappointing visit to the Wendy's on Dave Ward tonight. We were told right away that they were out of potatoes, which was a major letdown. We went ahead and ordered the rest of our meal, only to find out at the window that they were also out of a few items we had ordered! It felt like a huge waste of our time after waiting in line.
To make matters worse, the management was terrible. Autumn, the manager, didn’t step in to help or offer any solutions. Overall, the service at the window was just as bad. I expected much better from Wendy’s and left feeling frustrated.

The food is as decent as any other Wendy's, but the service is very slow. Lunch happens at the same time everyday... you think they'd be ready for it and plan accordingly, but thet do not therfore a long line grows.
It's fast food by name only, not by actual fast service. I find the same failures when I use the app and they have my order ahead of time.
The good news is I'm saving money by NOT eating there.

I just wonder why me a paying customer does not get the satisfaction of my food that I spend my hard earned money on. Every time I come to the same establishment they seem not to get my order right and I have to suffer dependency feeling bleak because I'm pleased with my food... It's not fair for me to keep being unsatisfied every time I want to eat out

For the past two weeks I have been going to Wendy’s on Dave ward and they have no baked potatoes. It’s winter time for one and people want chili and potatoes. They lie and say the same thing, we have them it just takes 24 hours to thaw them out and we didn’t don’t have any made. Somebody needs to do something about this asap!!

They only got a third of our order right. Ordered a plain kids cheeseburger meal and they gave us a kids cheeseburger with everything on it. Ordered a plain classic chicken sandwich and got a spicy chicken sandwich. The only thing the got right was my husband's order. Unfortunately we didn't realize most of it was wrong until we were already on the road.
