They only got a third of our order right. Ordered a plain kids cheeseburger meal and they gave us a kids cheeseburger with everything on it. Ordered a plain classic chicken sandwich and got a spicy chicken sandwich. The only thing the got right was my husband's order. Unfortunately we didn't realize most of it was wrong until we were already on the road.

The SpongeBob pineapple frosty... Not so much. It's just vanilla with pineapple topping on bottom. Guess I was expecting like pineapple whip type thing and got ice cream with topping on it, nothing real new about all that. Don't think ima try the Crabby Patty. Can only imagine what you will get, and it is not good imagery. Now maybe if ya had the Hasselhoff burger... ?
Vegetarian options: None here since it's all made with grease that fries everything. You would be foolish to think there's a special grease vat for vegetarians. Yea right...
Take notes from Burger King on how you do your specialty meals. Your krabby patty sucks and has terrible presentation with no effort. SpongeBob deserves better.

Food is terrible meat patties were still raw in the middle the girl working the window had no idea what she was doing who ever is the gm of this store should be fired and never let around food again overall worst experience and it’s only at the Conway Arkansas locations that is like this very disappointing

My biggest complaint was that the service used to be rude and slow. I don't know with the new remodel if they got a new staff, but my meal was served quickly today with a smile. It was a huge change. Let's hope it stays this way.

App sucks when ordering kept deleting offers and order and when going to pay deleted new payment information back to old payment information when I got to store said they didn’t have my order so I had to reorder making me late for work

Service very slow at answering to take order in the drive- thru, and you will find yourself sitting in the drive- thru so long, you just as well take your business elsewhere. Their sign in the window states "Please Drive Ahead -> Your Order Is Waiting For You" thats a laugh, you are waiting and waiting and waiting for your order. Also ordered a sweet tea. Instead I ended up with sweet colored water. Will not be back until they get their act together.
