Very disappointed with my last order at Dave Ward Wendy’s in Conway, Ar - was not informed until we arrived they didn’t have chili - my card was already charged and app shows order was picked up - when I tried to call about a refund phone just says nobody is available to take my call and hangs up - Yes, I was offered substitutes I was not interested in or I was told I could come back in 2-3 hours and maybe they would have some then . My reason for calling and not asking about a refund at the window is after we were told we could come back the person in the window quit acknowledging us so we drove away and I called before leaving the parking lot - Not the first time I have had issues with this Wendy’s - and yes, more good times than bad - but I also should not have been charged for food I did not receive nor should my account state that I received it

They won't take anything over 20 dollars I ordered 5 biggie bags and large fry they give me a large sprite instead they were a rude and disrespectful at the window I don't appreciate it at all ...staff was rude over all

The sodas tasted like they had been made with cleaning fluid. Just through them in the trash after having to wait for 15 minutes for two Dave Singles sandwiches. Won't go there again ever...the staff are the worst.

We just went through the Wendy’s drive through, they forgot our drink and wouldn’t open the window back up. They slammed the window in our face, and interrupted our order at the order box to tell us our total.. we weren’t done ordering. They were so rude and disrespectful.

The food was still Super Fresh I thought maybe you know after years of Gone by that the Baconator wouldn't taste the same oh no it was absolutely amazing the french fries were fresh the frosty was fresh I am really appreciated it because I've had Burger King recently and I really got was let down by them like just the other day I had him it was fine but a couple weeks back or like I'm over a month ago I had a delivery and boy was it not the same at all I was like this is not funny everything that was in that bag of food was just pathetic I was just like what the hell happened I said an off day that everybody call in sick and nobody got like the fresh lettuce and a tomato and the pickles like what the hell is going on here and the hamburger patties seems like smaller like it wasn't for the Whopper I swear Wendy's still surprises me thank you Wendy's

This location seems to have not really gotten their dining area recovered since the pandemic. I've not seen it clean inside for quite a while. There seems to be a serious morale problem. I can understand if people have unhappy lives, but grumpily shuffling through a minimum wage job is not a life choice. Much better Wendy's across town.

I've never been to a Wendy's restaurant where the staff was so unprepared for customers. All of the sodas were empty. The floor was filthy. The staff definitely demonstrated by their attitudes that they do not like working there or waiting on customers. The atmosphere was depressing and I wish we had not gone there. The entire store as far as I could observe was dirty. My drink cup had something sticky on it and we had to ask for refills for Diet Coke since it wasn't available in the dine in area. I'm not sure how they managed to take our order and prepare it, and serve it lukewarm, not fresh. Not going back to that Wendy's ever!
