This is by far the slowest Wendy’s I have ever been to. Multiple times I have had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru when I am only the 2nd or 3rd car in line. Today we went to grab lunch, it was after 10:30, and we were advised lunch would not be available for another 20 minutes.

Waited in line for over 10 minutes for them to give me a sandwich that looks like someone balled it up and threw it in the bag. A tiny little piece of lettuce that doesn't even cover the whole sandwhich, mayo all over the outside of the sandwich and wrapper. If you're going to make a person wait, then give good food. When I called, the manager could care less. I explained the situation, and hear a long pause, after going "hello?" Three times, she finally reply to tell me to bring the food back. I response with no, just refund my money, because we did an online order. Just avoid this location, because it's always a disappointment, and no one there's really care about the food being handed out.

6/8 of my previous orders have been messed up. I’ve tried to give them a chance but they are either rude or don’t talk at all and then continue to mess up your order.

I have never wanted to know someone needed to go to restroom so loud and was holding it.If these were my employees the would be gone. It was disgusting and the food to be fresh as advertised was not hot at all.

The food was awesome. The employees were kinda like you get your food when im ready. Filling take out bags when there were atleast 4 people in line waiting for them to take their orders. If i was in a hurry i would definately go somewhere else. If you have the time the food was great.

Seriously, just read the other reviews and don't go here. The customer in front of me in line placed a large order. All the employees behind the counter immediately began ridiculing this customer for ordering 7 combo meals. The employees then told me and every other customer that walked in after me that there was going to be a long wait and that it was this other customer's fault. If this was intended to be funny, it wasn't and it simply showcased the employees' inability to do their jobs.
