Twice I have gotten jumbo pulled pork sandwich with mold on bun. The last time was yesterday afternoon. Both times I called and all the guy said was thanks for letting us know. He never offered to correct the problems either time. My grandson loves their food as well as me but they are going to lose customers serving food with mold on it and just dismissing customer complaint; not even offering a replacement or refund,
The last 2 times got jumbo pulled pork sandwiches they had mold on the buns. The last time was yesterday afternoon. I called about this both times and all the guy said was I'm sorry thanks for letting me know. No offer to correct or anything. I told him he'd lose business this way. He again just said thanks for letting them know. I posted this on Facebook so I sure hope someone in management or owners sees this is how the service is poor and customers dismissed with complain
Freindly staff clean investment really good food I have only one complaint they need to have cornbread & onions that would my it the perfect in my world 🌎 Yummy
