Passing through and saw they had burnt ends on the menu. We split a 2 meat plate and got burnt ends and brisket. The brisket was cold and sliced like roast beef and they had three burnt ends on the plate. The burnt ends weren't bad. The coleslaw was really watery. The hot butter roll was a cold dinner roll( not freshly baked) . Wasn't impressed.
No bbq sauce at all, got a salad with no dressing. Waited 35 minutes over my pickup time. At first I was given half of an order. Turns out it wasn't even mine. And there were maybe 6 dine-in customers during this entire time. They normally do such a good job. Soo disappointed.

Food was excellent but....a VERY long wait to get served!
There were 3 servers when we walked in and then they ALL vanished. A couple behind me gave up in disgust and left
Oh and I was promised more fries as I got the left overs but that never happened either.
Not sure if I will return based on this experience

Typical Southern BBQ restaurant. Good Food, Great Atmosphere. Only downfall in my opinion is, there was no table service. Otherwise our group was pleased.

Whole Hog Conway catered our recent event and everything was fantastic. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a huge hit with everyone. Parker and the team made the process easy from start to finish — professional, on time, and very friendly.
Highly recommend them for any event if you want great food and great service!

Parker was very helpful! I ordered lunch for 60 people. The food was hot and delicious! Parker was great choosing the order. I got three kinds of meat, potato salad (huge favorite) baked beans, and cole slaw!

From Cincinnati and was looking for some southern BBQ got the brisket and it was horrible no smoke flavor corn was the worst really disappointing going to try another place tomorrow hopefully it will be better like I keep hearing about in the south.

After this last time of unsatisfactory food and service I think Whole Hog is off our list. Especially after waiting for 1 hour and 3 minutes for an order that had already been called in.
Updated: thank you for responding. My husband asked them to make it right that day and was told they could only offer him a 10% discount on our next order and was given 2 brownies. Maybe we’ll give it another shot in the future.

My dad is staying at Brookdale in Conway... he said that was best bbq sandwich and chocolate pie he has ever had... your staff is so polite and welcoming...
