Let me just say we loved this place! We came her constantly and have never had issues up until Friday night. We ordered 2 steak and shrimp hibachi’s, one Well done and another medium rare. The medium rare had at least 3 pieces that were raw. When my husband called the girl had a snarky attitude and tried to tell him what he ordered and he explained he knows what it should look like and this is not it.
One piece stuck out the most that ruined the entire meal. Then when stated we wanted a refund the lady then proceeded to tell him “my system does not allow me to do refunds”… please explain how you can TAKE money from a consumer and not return it? Not logical. She offered to remake it, I will give her that, but after the rude snarky attitude at that point just return the money. Stated she would have to speak to the owner. She calls back stating the owner said we needed to put the food in a bag and bring it the next day up there, we stated we aren’t keeping food that’s raw. When asked why can’t the owner speak to the consumer instead of her having to constantly call us back she states “he talks to the consumers through us”. Ridiculous. My husband ask what time the owner will be there the following day she states she will call back to inform him, she never did. On Saturday we had to call closer to 12pm to even figure out when he was going to be there because she still had not called back. After we went to go get the bag to run back up there ants were all in the food to the point it was not worth wasting gas to deal with rude snarky people who clearly have a history of not wanting to return money to consumers. If you are going to take money from consumers, you must have a way to return their money. You can’t just refuse to return people THEIR money.

The seasoning was delicious but definitely too salty. Portion sizes are as people say "huge" but the ratios are off. The plates are 50% rice, 30% meat, 20% veggies. My friend and I were both only able to eat half the rice.

We went here yesterday for the first time the food seemed okay until we all ended up on toliet for the next 24 hours friendly workers but not worth the sickness u get afterwards

It's a hibachi truck. Probably the best out there for the price to food ratio, and they're always sweet. A little much on the wait time, so make sure you call to place an order if you're in a rush

I try different things when I go there and have NEVER been disappointed. They dnt answer the phone sometimes, but that usually means they're taking a lunch or something. Anytime someone asks me abt hibachi, I always be sure to include this food truck! It may take them 30 mins or more depending on how many customers they have lined up, but that should tell you that the food is fire! You get a good amount for a fair price.

There is no reason to get hibachi rice anywhere else. I can't say it any more plainly than that. It's the best in town by a mile. Not only is it the best in Conway, but I honestly think the Steak dish here is the best I've had in the state. The chicken is right up there with it. I don't do scallops, but my dining companion is always impressed with them. Most of the time I don't even use any extra sauce; I just eat it as it is served. Delicious and consistent. Can't ask for more than that. I do recommend ordering ahead. Sometimes they take cards. Sometimes they don't. That's the bid advantage of calling ahead, aside from the obvious wait reduction.

Tonight was our first time ordering at Wild Ginger. We ordered the spring rolls, egg rolls, crab rangoons, Shrimp hibachi, and double steak/scallop hibachi. Everything came out as ordered. Scallops were delicious, as was the steak, rice and vegetables. The shrimp hibachi was delicious, as well. All of the appetizers were good and the workers were very polite. We will go back and eat here again.
