Ordered $60 worth of food online - 1 of the wing orders was wrong, I didn’t get the carrots/celery I ordered, one of the orders of fries wasn’t even in a Togo container, it was just sitting in a basket on top in the bag. The workers were rude. Drove 25min to pick up this order because we were craving wings and it was a waste.
I ordered to go at this location tonight and i witnessed the manager disrespect and be rude to two female customers who would not talk to him on a personal and sexual level he called them out their names tried throwing their food away when employees tried serving them he followed the customers outside cursing them out and threatening them with a gun and saying he was going to fight them this was very distasteful to witness as a paying customer and I hope he is fired immediately...read full review
Placed 50-piece takeout order. Only received 1/2 of wings ordered. Got home (15 min drive) - kids started eating, then noticed wings missing. Called store - employee told me I had to bring the entire bag back to store because they “couldn’t take my word” on missing food…. Seriously - on a $60 order! Been a custom that location for over 10 years - needless to say - I’ll never be back!!
