I ordered takeout online - one of my wing orders was wrong, they gave me no carrots/celery, and one of the orders of fries wasn’t even out in a Togo container it was just sitting on top in a basket. The workers were rude.

Not impressed with this place. Dirty. Drink machine was sticky and dirty. Clearly not cleaned regularly. (Or ever?) Cleaning items left out, countertops messy with trash. Rugs rolled up sitting in the chairs. Trash on the floor. The girl at the counter ONLY took orders. The place was busy and she did nothing to help the guys in the back move food out. Nor did she attempt to clean anything. Or do….anything. When there wasn’t an order to be taken she was on her phone. Terrible service. Food took too long. Everyone was waiting. I don’t even have my food yet (stiiillll waiting) but I will not be back here. Regardless of how my food tastes.

Stops serving at 11:30 when hours says open till midnight. I understand wanting to get home, but refusal of service while being in hours of operation is quite ridiculous.

2/6/25 around 6pm, we went to get some wings. Never in my life has anyone thrown my food at me and not said a single word. The lady at the register was just on her phone and in a rush to get back on it, and most everyone else was sitting or standing around not doing anything. Honestly I dont care what they do as long as I get my food, but the whole experience was rude and very annoying to deal with. I just wont come back I guess.

!!CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING!! Me and my roommates ordered 16 flat wings, chicken sandwich, cheesey fries, veggie sticks, and a drink. I went to picked it up, it was ready, she gave my bag, filled the drink, and went all the way home. They didn't give us any of the wings! How did you guys miss the wings? I went back and told them. They didn't even apologize or gave me anything.

We were shorted 10 wings, sauces were incorrect, and the employees looked/acted miserable and couldn’t be bothered to make any effort in acknowledging customers. Never had this issue at other locations, but this place needs an overhaul.

We usually love getting wingstop and have never had any problems here before but this time they gave us the wrong order and when we tried calling to get a refund or something we sit on hold for like twenty minutes then eventually they just said “oh yeah your foods sitting right here” so we drive 40 minutes back to the store and when we get there and say pickup they tell us it’s not ready yet and we think it’s getting remade but after five minutes we ask for an update and they’re all confused and don’t know what’s going on at all apparently because it was just sitting there on the counter the whole time and so we eventually get our food but they just did not know what was going on and it was very frustrating
One of the workers told me they were closed at 9 o’clock ten minutes after I saw people ordering food they weren’t closed just people who don’t enjoy their job please fix this. Second night in a row

I’d like to preface this by saying that wingstop has the best wings in town, in my opinion. But y’all’s service is TERRIBLE! No time have I ever gone in there and had any semblance of good customer service. Everyone acts like they hate their job. Idk, maybe they do. Maybe the company as a whole is terrible to work for, who knows. But My order is never correct and tonight was no different. I really need y’all to get it together bc service and quality is severely lacking!
