Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Trash!!! Whenever it’s busy, they can’t perform under pressure… three cars waiting on food, I had to wait 20 minutes for my order and it was not what I ordered when it finally came out. The girl took the bags when I asked for a refund then when I came in for a refund they said they needed the food (which I never had or touched). A waste of 30 minutes because it took 10 minutes just to order and pay.

Waited for 45 minutes for two chicken sandwiches. They were fresh and very good but when I asked the manager working the counter if there was any compensation for having to wait so long she offered me a free drink and said that was all she would do. I’ve gone a couple times in the last month or so and they have always been super behind claiming to be understaffed even though I saw many workers sitting around in the back the whole time I was there. They were not on break. Very disappointing

It's been a few years since my last visit and will probably be a few more years until the next one. I got the wings and things meal and while the tenders and fries were ok the traditional wings were VERY overcooked. They were dry and almost crispy. I also wish they had country gravy as a sauce option, like some of their competitors. Sorry Zax but swing and a miss today.

Shows service but won't let me rate it, one star. It was not good. Came up to ask for some extra sauce, she opened the window then slams it in my face to talk to her coworker. I asked for two kinds of sauces, she hands me only one. So I ask for another and she looks me right in the eyes and tells me to have a good night. So I go "oh, uh, okay" and she asks if there was something else, to which I replied that I'd asked for ketchup as well. (For the third time now) She claims she didn't hear me and finally gives me a couple and repeats to have a good night. This was at 7pm tonight. Maybe she just needed a break, but I don't feel she needs a customer facing position right now.

Not the zaxbys I am used to in NWA. Fries were not cooked or seasoned well. The chicken again, not what I am used to. I will try again but same experience, I will not return.

Went to a Zaxby's in Tennessee loved it so we went twice. This restaurant in Conway AK was horrible. Chicken strips we so so small the must have been off a Cornish hen plus tasted blah in flavor. The were out of some sodas and cheddar bites. We order to go and when we got back to our motel two orders had no cold slaw. Very disappointed. Plus they asked if I wanted Zac sauce, yes four please and they charged us for them.

I used to love Zaxbys and used to go to this location once a week. Haven't been in a year because the quality went downhill. Tried again tonight. They weren't busy, ordered 10 traditional wings. Was told a 12 minute wait time. Took 20 minutes. Then the chicken wings were not even hot and fresh after waiting. And with the prices they charge on chicken wings for one of them to not even be a chicken wing is unacceptable. Won't be back to this location.

Never really had zaxbys until I moved to Conway. I have eaten here several times it's really good. Their was the super awesome upbeat guy working the drive thru made the whole experience better, I wish I would have gotten his name.

I’ve been to this Zaxby’s a few times in the past, due to the fact that I work at Walmart and go there on my lunch break from time to time. Almost everytime I go, my order is messed up or there are missing items and they never answer the phone when you call. I tried calling them over 10 times and never got an answer, just voicemail and then hang up. Even when I tried to get a refund for my food, no help. 0/10, terrible communication, and poor quality overall.

If I could give 0 stars that is what this particular zaxbys would get. Waited in line for 20 minutes for somebody to take my order at 2 PM on a Saturday ended up going to Wendy’s next door. Won’t be back.

I love Zaxbys! They have the best fries with yummy seasoning, I always get the boneless wings with sweet and spicy sauce, the sweet tea is always perfect!
