Everytime I come here I get the worst customer service ever. Even after a long almost 30 minute wait at the voice box I try to make my order easy for the worker knowing it might’ve not been their fault just to get rude talk back. Still messed up the order at the window and made me wait another 15 minutes just for the food to be stale and cold. I hate trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt each and everytime. Never coming back.

Went through the drive through, the worker operating it was kind, courteous and when I pulled up to the window, he was smiling, genuinely happy and made me happy too. The food is pretty good, my toast was a little burned and some of the fries weren't quite fried all the way, but the chicken was fresh, delicious, juicy, and the hot honey mustard is amazing.

MaKheylah Jackson has amazing customer service. Her attention to detail was amazing. She asked me what I had a taste for and went from there. Please keep her around !!!!!❤️❤️❤️

The staff was friendly but who I’m guessing was a manger was behind the counter the whole time entertaining her drink. The Soda machine was and is out of everything aside from sugar free drink sodas pretty much every other visit. I got the finger plate and got home my slaw is sour can’t be eaten. We really like Zaxby’s food but have not had a good experience back to back in years.

Got the Zax snack for me and my daughter said 3 chicken fingers on the menu we each got 2 of them didn't have time to ask for another was in a rush long wait time

The food is as decent as any other Zaxby's , but the service is very slow. Lunch happens at the same time everyday... you think they'd be ready for it and plan accordingly, but thet do not therfore a long line grows.

It's fast food by name only, not by actual fast service. I find the same failures when I use the app and they have my order ahead of time.

The good news is I'm saving money by NOT eating there.

How hard is it to follow a simple order i mean it's a list of food. Come on everytime something is wrong.

Trash!!! Whenever it’s busy, they can’t perform under pressure… three cars waiting on food, I had to wait 20 minutes for my order and it was not what I ordered when it finally came out. The girl took the bags when I asked for a refund then when I came in for a refund they said they needed the food (which I never had or touched). A waste of 30 minutes because it took 10 minutes just to order and pay.

Waited for 45 minutes for two chicken sandwiches. They were fresh and very good but when I asked the manager working the counter if there was any compensation for having to wait so long she offered me a free drink and said that was all she would do. I’ve gone a couple times in the last month or so and they have always been super behind claiming to be understaffed even though I saw many workers sitting around in the back the whole time I was there. They were not on break. Very disappointing

It's been a few years since my last visit and will probably be a few more years until the next one. I got the wings and things meal and while the tenders and fries were ok the traditional wings were VERY overcooked. They were dry and almost crispy. I also wish they had country gravy as a sauce option, like some of their competitors. Sorry Zax but swing and a miss today.

Shows service but won't let me rate it, one star. It was not good. Came up to ask for some extra sauce, she opened the window then slams it in my face to talk to her coworker. I asked for two kinds of sauces, she hands me only one. So I ask for another and she looks me right in the eyes and tells me to have a good night. So I go "oh, uh, okay" and she asks if there was something else, to which I replied that I'd asked for ketchup as well. (For the third time now) She claims she didn't hear me and finally gives me a couple and repeats to have a good night. This was at 7pm tonight. Maybe she just needed a break, but I don't feel she needs a customer facing position right now.
