First time ever going to the restaurant loved it. Great food and the best service. Management is the best he was singing welcoming us as we were coming in the door. Such a hoot he makes me want to go back

Food was ok, wings had little to no sauce on them. Tenders were cold and drink order was wrong. Definitely not worth $16....

I don't eat at Zaxby's often but the last 2 times I've eaten there have been below average. Today I had the chicken finger plate. Let me say that they were extremely busy today. My chicken and fries were old and tasted horrible. The peach tea was delicious though. And the lady at the drive-thru was cordial. I'm not sure if I'll return.

Went through the drive through and patiently waited our turn. Ordered the lemon pepper wings and was asked boneless or traditional. They then proceeded to say I sure hope it is boneless otherwise you are going to be waiting a hell of a long time. We said thanks anyway and drove off. Very unprofessional.

Sauceless. Check they provide the sauces you buy. This store is a rip off because this isn’t the first time.

Chicken was tough and my toast had three fingerprints pressed into the bread. Not impressed.

Employee had a napkin stuffed in his ear peice for the drive through so he could not hear clearly and got the order wrong after multiple attempts. When I pulled up to the window to correct I was met with annoyance and him rolling his eyes and he turned to his coworker and said “they don’t even know what they want” before finally correcting the order.

Slow as hell and workers are lazy as hell

Everytime I come here I get the worst customer service ever. Even after a long almost 30 minute wait at the voice box I try to make my order easy for the worker knowing it might’ve not been their fault just to get rude talk back. Still messed up the order at the window and made me wait another 15 minutes just for the food to be stale and cold. I hate trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt each and everytime. Never coming back.

Went through the drive through, the worker operating it was kind, courteous and when I pulled up to the window, he was smiling, genuinely happy and made me happy too. The food is pretty good, my toast was a little burned and some of the fries weren't quite fried all the way, but the chicken was fresh, delicious, juicy, and the hot honey mustard is amazing.

MaKheylah Jackson has amazing customer service. Her attention to detail was amazing. She asked me what I had a taste for and went from there. Please keep her around !!!!!❤️❤️❤️

The staff was friendly but who I’m guessing was a manger was behind the counter the whole time entertaining her drink. The Soda machine was and is out of everything aside from sugar free drink sodas pretty much every other visit. I got the finger plate and got home my slaw is sour can’t be eaten. We really like Zaxby’s food but have not had a good experience back to back in years.
