Worst Sonic I've ever been to. Waitress was rude, had to.go get our drinks and paying at the screen wouldn't work. 4+ dollars for a sweet Tea. I'd never visit that place again.

okay so . ordered a diet coke with LIME , received diet coke with the smallest LEMON known to man, and it was browning. if it was to be a lime, it was way past gone bad. SECOND ordered a medium chili cheese fry and received the SMALLEST amount of chili and the chili looked like turd. MY SECOND chili cheese fry received ZERO jalapeño when they were in fact ordered. ANDDDDDDD one of the burgers ordered received no pickled when pickles were IN FACT ordered. ANDDD TO TOP IT ALLL OFF. they forgot my groovy sauce, when again, it was in fact ordered. service at the store itself was great though. and i will say, this is not the first time of this happening. thank you for your time .

I had the free cheeseburger and a Super Sonic breakfast burrito they both were hot and delicious the lady who delivered it to me was nice and courteous asked me if I needed anything else before she left it was good

Ordered online and ice cream is not working again! Getting tired of waiting to find out. She literally didnt even ask if I wanted a different drink! Its 91 degrees outside. I wouldve loved some water. They are rude as well. Telling me to call the number to get a refund. Yep got a refund but now have to wait 10 days for it.

Went to the drive through to get our order a lady said one sec and we waited for more than 15 minutes so we drove to mc Donald’s lol thanks sonic also from the Corning area if sonic wants to hit me out and actually get some descent managers

My wife and I placed a mobile order for 2 drinks (sweet tea and a slush) we got there and checked in and waited 23 minutes and no one ever brought us our order while other people had received theirs, and we also witnessed another family drive off without their order because they waited too long. One of the workers was outside talking to a friend the whole time we were there. I finally went to the door and told them we had been waiting and they tell us the slush machine was broken. It would have been nice to know this as soon as we checked in. They could have still brought the other drink. I asked for a refund and the carhop was rude about it, but did give me a receipt for a number to call. We will not be back to this location.
