I decided to try this truck out at the local fair and I’m so glad that I did! The menu was easily legible and the service was wonderful and welcoming. Nice homemade authentic LOVE! I’ll definitely be on the look out for it more often and highly recommend! Side note, this truck offered seating to the side with tables! Never have I seen that before. The owners are the sweetest.
Incredible family operated food truck. Have to try the steak tacos made with hand made flour tortillas and stuffed with a flavorful steak combination. Loved the addition of lime wedges to squeeze over your fresh tacos that also helps balance the flavors if you order the HOT sauce. Can’t wait to try the tamales since they get plenty of praise and hype!

The tortillas are hand made by them, no packaged stuff here.
Not super fast because it's freshly made quality food.
The highest compliment I could make is to say Sylvia's Kitchen is up there with or better than Southern California taco trucks.
I highly recommend and will be back multiple times when I return to West Memphis, Arkansas....
