Some dude in a camouflage shirt turned us around at the door and told us they were closed for maintenance. There was other people inside eating. He shut the door while we was looking at him and locked it in front of our face. He wouldn't go into further details of why he wouldn't let us inside while other families were being allowed to. Definitely a rude experience to have gone through with my family trying to find a quick bite.

The waitress completely ignored us when we tried to ask for assistance. There was one other customer in the place and it still took us 35 minutes to get our food. I would not recommend this Crossett Restaurant to anyone

The food was delicious. They were short staffed with only two employees so it took quite a while to get waited on and to get our meal. My husband's was wrong but still very good. The pancakes were amazing.
I'm very disappointed in my experience this afternoon. My mother and I were excited to eat at Huddle House the waitress was nice, but that was when things turned awful. The tea was colored water so I asked for coffee and had to ask about it again 20 minutes later. The food was awful it wasn't Huddle House quality. The bacon was under cooked as well as the grits. I don't know what was wrong with the eggs but they tasted slimy. That wasn't even the worst thing. The biscuit and gravy wasn't fit to eat. The gravy tasted okay but the biscuit was so hard I couldn't cut a piece with my knife. I think they were microwaved. My mom ran out of tea and was choking on her food and there wasn't anyone around for 10 mins. The waitress left ,later I found out she went to Walmart to buy supplies. We were greatly over charged. We added up what we had and we were overcharged by atleast $10. My mom wouldn't let me go back in and say anything. I'm sad disappointed and mad it was nearly $50 for the 2 of us. When we got to Walmart I got sick right away throwing up and diarrhea. Then my mother got sick also. It is now 6 hours later and I am still sick not as bad but still sick. I will never eat at a Huddle House again!

When we first walked in the tables were all dirty we ordered our food and then they didn't even get it right we had to send it back twice then after we got through getting served the food that we wanted to eat then we realized that it was not as good as we thought it should be we still have a $5 tip for the waitress because she was so courteous and because she was very helpful with everything we needed other than that I would not recommend this restaurant
