Horrible management, poor maintenance performance, and constant issues with workers recording orders incorrectly or even made the last minute in regard to the recommended time given on call. Johnny's is 1000% the best option for pizza in Crossett currently as of 01/23/2025. I hope Mazzio's as a company can thoroughly review the place and fix these issues mentioned. I have reviewed them on their site as well.

My husband and I are Great Grandparents and do not live in Crossett, but as part of our family tradition of taking our grandchildren to Finley’s Lighting Display we go to Mazzio’s for pizza and wings! We have been coming here for “8” years! The food NEVER disappoints and the service was fantastic. As soon as we left Finley’s driveway we made a call in order and within 15 minutes we were eating!

There is a lady, who is believed to be one of the managers there that decides to make orders for what she wants. She is lazy, vapes on the food, loudly complains and never gets orders right. She refused to give proper service, and it was never backed up. This lady needs to learn some general appreciation for the customers that make her able to pay her bills. Never will we EVER, come here again. This place has gone down since the last manager. Maintenance also needs to come by and repair their AC system from leaking on the public as well. All these reasons and more for my 1-star rating. Heck, if I could give 0 stars, I would. You will see them ALL if you come here. Keep away and enjoy Johnny's y'all! Because the service there and the people there are much nicer than at Mazzios.

First visit. 7:05 pm, two cars in the lot, lights on, open sign on, door was locked. Not good. Large construction project just starting in the area, and bad reviews travel fast.

My family and friends, around 20 adults and 15 kids, showed up unannounced for their Sunday lunch buffett. Not only did they handle everyone at the counter timely, but with a smile. They also kept the buffet with hot delicious pizzas and the ice and salad bar stocked. They gave a shout out to our church and did everything with kindness. Thank you Mazzios for letting us take up half your restraunt and working so hard to keep us satisfied!
