First time in a mcdonalds in 13 years. Walking into crossett location floors were dirty food bits all over the place. Spent 10 minutes at the kiosk thinking ill go in order and my food will be hot. Order comes out big mac has insane amounts of sauce and is stone cold. Fries. Soggy and cold. 20 piece chicken nuggets luke warm .. now for the kicker. 23 minute wait for the food{garbage}. Sadly... i left mcdonalds due to this being the problem.... 13 yrs and never again.... between the flies and unkept nature of the store, the slowness of service. And then the food quality being unfit for a dog. I wont be back to any location moving forward....

This McDonald's is the absolute worst I have ever been to in my life. When the staff isn't outright rude or hostile, they take 40 minutes just to get to the point where I can tell them my mobile order code. After that, it sometimes takes another 30 minutes to get up to the window where they've already clicked the button to make it disappear to save on their times and they have to ask me for my receipt to see what I ordered within 50 ft of them. Then they still get the food wrong. I wish corporate would come out and see how they do things. If it wasn't the only McDonald's for 30 miles and open 24 hrs it would have gone under long ago.

We went to get breakfast for our family and after every order the worker kept saying g is that all, is that all, to the point we said yes and drove through. Then my husband had to go inside to finish our order on the self machine. When he went to the counter the lady asked if he was just in the drive through and when he said yes she had an attitude about why he didn't just get it all at the drive thru. When the last of our order was ready she threw it at him.

I wish I could rate this McDonalds with 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me review it unless I clicked at least 1. Every time we come through the area we stop here for our children. Every time we say we will never again. This time definitely did it. We waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes, placed our order in the line (repeated it twice) but when we got to the window to pay the person had not put our order into the system & asked us again. We repeated the order 2 more times. Glanced at the receipt to find that she still didn’t put in the correct order. When we got to the window to collect our order (which of course wasn’t ready yet) and tried to explain that the burgers weren’t going to be right. He had the nerve to ask us why we waited to get to his window to decide what we wanted on our order. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Time after time. Tonight was it for us. I hope this place gets shut down.

Service is good, but whatever is going on in the kitchen is nothing more than a super hot mess!!! My burger was not wrapped, and served exactly as shown. I was timid to eat it. Could not have possibly been any more... Sloppy.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK. If I could leave no stars, I would. My husband got an ice coffee and he is literally sick. Said it tasted spoiled. Place needs a staff renewal or something. Absolutely trash. Do better. You’re literally serving to people and making them sick. As a person who worked at a McDonald’s, it’s not that hard. You must really hate your job. People out here also have jobs they need done to support their family. They choose your place to get food or drinks to start their day or a pick me up during the day. Just to get sick and not be able to do their job to their best ability.
