After waiting in line for about 5 minutes, the manager came over after her worker told her to put a code in. ( that’s how she catches her attention) Yesterday, I ordered a 4 for $6 & received an hot & spicy instead of a regular chicken sandwich. The manager told me, since I didn’t call the restaurant yesterday about my order, I couldn’t get my regular chicken sandwich.

Was not greeted when we came in…we placed a dine in order at the kiosk and it sat on the counter was not told it was ready stood at the counter and had to ask for my drinks. There was no ice in the machine napkins or anything out front…. They seemed to only help the people they personally knew…. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poorly managed, neither fast nor food ! Seriously , how do you screw up making french fries ! I gave them to my dog and he wouldn't eat them (and he eats cat crap on the regular.) I pretty much gave up on Mickey D's a long time ago but when I am on a road trip it's something I can eat without getting it in my lap. $12 for a hamburger and raw fries, I was a customer for 60 years, I won't be back............ever.

Walked in no one would take our order. When we tried to get someone attention. They would not even look our way. So we left.
The health dept should close this place down the kitchen is nasty nasty and people coming from the bathroom that works there not washing hands when I seen that I said heck naw I just walked on out this place is gross gross gross

First time in a mcdonalds in 13 years. Walking into crossett location floors were dirty food bits all over the place. Spent 10 minutes at the kiosk thinking ill go in order and my food will be hot. Order comes out big mac has insane amounts of sauce and is stone cold. Fries. Soggy and cold. 20 piece chicken nuggets luke warm .. now for the kicker. 23 minute wait for the food{garbage}. Sadly... i left mcdonalds due to this being the problem.... 13 yrs and never again.... between the flies and unkept nature of the store, the slowness of service. And then the food quality being unfit for a dog. I wont be back to any location moving forward....
