Order a 3 piece white which suppose to be 2 wings and 1 breast instead gave me 2 drumsticks and 1 breast and when I informed them I did an online order for white meat the manager came out with a unfriendly attitude and told me they out of wings and if I didn't want it I could request a refund on the app which i have no idea how to do..So I asked for 2 breast's and a drumsticks instead and she begrudgingly took it mumbled i was crazy bought it back after a couple minutes told me to have a good night of course I threw the mess away because I don't eat food given to me by people with nasty attitudes like hers so I lost almost 6 dollars on the order but Crossett Popeyes will not be seeing me again I don't even like their chicken that much anyway..

There is a manager at the Crossett Location that is very rude that goes by the name Dee.. she never has a resolution to any issue and gets ugly instead of holding herself accountable for not knowing…

Everything here sucks, asked me to wait at the window for over 5 minutes to still get my food wrong everytime I come to this restaurant SOMETHING is wrong with my order y’all may not care because it just a job that pays your bills but when someone is paying almost 15$ for a meal my food better at least come out right my order on the screen and receipt were right so why is it when I come home to eat my chipotle wings I open the box to see some dry ass chicken nuggets it comes down to the workers just being lazy I was the first car in the drive thru with no one in front of me and was still asked to wait almost 5 minutes before they even took my order then y’all just simply don’t pay attention when handling some else’s food and it’s “not a big deal” until it’s you knowing damn well if you go to a restaurant you want your food done right so do other people.
I’ll even include a picture of said dry ass nuggets and my receipt that CLEARLY say sweet and Smokey how do you completely forgot to sauce someone’s food especially when the “wings” come in their own kind of bowl

Ordered a diet Pepsi. It was straight syrup then I got yelled out for dumping it out and going into the lobby for something different. I wanted 2 blackberry lemon pies. They don't have any Shrimp was cold. No rice. Trying to leave is like playing bumper cars. Vehicles parked on both sides and you can only hope no one moves while you're trying to navigate out.
