It was great popping into Popeyes this afternoon! Everyone was friendly and in a great mood! It was refreshing to walk in and have big smiles and sincere hello's greet us! Would definitely enjoy visiting THIS Popeyes again!!

Ordered a diet Pepsi. It was straight syrup then I got yelled out for dumping it out and going into the lobby for something different. I wanted 2 blackberry lemon pies. They don't have anyShrimp was cold. No rice. Trying to leave is like playing bumper cars. Vehicles parked on both sides and you can only hope no one moves while you're trying to navigate out.

Don't go through the drive thru. Order is always wrong. They didn't put my biscuit in the bag.
Customer service is not good it seems like they sweat under pressure and if you trying to get there before lunch time that will be the best time to get there because around lunch time it is very busy it's very busy on the weekend they need more workers and from what I heard in Crossett the customer service it's the worst so I think y'all need to get better people in there with good customer service skills I can handle anything under pressure that's my thought and a lot of other more people here in CrossettParking: When people are at the drive-thru especially during lunch time and dinner especially on the weekends if you park to eat and it is hard for you to get out because you have a long line of lazy people that don't want to get out in order for takeout they go through the drive-thru so that makes it kind of tough to get out when you're done eating inside they need to fix that and a customer service

Service was excellent. Very disappointed in the cajun rice. Was glad you finally put it back on the menu. However, the taste is not the same. It was dry and plain.
