I'd really give them no stars because working there is toxic as hell it's ridiculous Miranda is a crybaby it takes you 30 minutes to get change for a $20 bill to go and finish handling a customer and God forbid you speak your mind because then you get fired the management is allowed to talk about the co-workers like their dogs and nothing happens and when somebody speaks up for themselves is it it is an extremely toxic energy it's not a very clean environment I worked there for about 5 months and I never saw anybody in the kitchen wash their hands no stars zero Stars zero Stars zero Stars CrossFit is a terrible place to live in the business is here show that they're not very welcoming everyone is rude

On 6-17-25 at 11:36 my wife stopped in here and ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with tater tots when she got home there was no cheese on the burgers and the tater tots were under cooked im very disappointed in sonic and I will not be back for a while if ever.

It's VERY difficult to find good service anywhere in this town, almost impossible. I'm new to the area, and not a fan! Anyway, I've came to this Sonic 4 or 5 times since I got to Crossett. Each time, we've had a different person bring out our order. Each employee we've had bring out our food has been kind, friendly and always left me with a smile. I make sure to tip them well, because that's something it doesn't seem like too many folks do, which I don't understand why because the service is always amazing! Service is always very prompt! Each of our orders have always been 110% correct! Keep up the great work guys! 😀 I also like the specials that are offerered on the app! Thanks!
