It's VERY difficult to find good service anywhere in this town, almost impossible. I'm new to the area, and not a fan! Anyway, I've came to this Sonic 4 or 5 times since I got to Crossett. Each time, we've had a different person bring out our order. Each employee we've had bring out our food has been kind, friendly and always left me with a smile. I make sure to tip them well, because that's something it doesn't seem like too many folks do, which I don't understand why because the service is always amazing! Service is always very prompt! Each of our orders have always been 110% correct! Keep up the great work guys! 😀 I also like the specials that are offerered on the app! Thanks!

Well I went in at 9:00 in the morning got a burger and groovy freeze it took 15 minutes for my order to come am I fries were cold I gave them back to her they put the same fries back in the fryer and serve them to me again

Almost everytime I go here it takes so long to order and they don't let me finish my order before they ask if that's all . Also they don't bring enough napkins ketchup or mustard to adequately go with order. The drinks are never all the way full or if they are it's flat

On my order l ordered a vanilla shake they rung it up a banana shake.I caught their mistake as soon as soon as they total. I called them right back and told them their mistake.They apologized said they would correct it.When we received order and left,they did nothing,my wife still got the banana shake,they lied about correcting it.shows the public sonic is not as good as it use to be
The food is good but my God the prices have gone through the roof and the stalls have seen to gotten smaller. My truck will barely fit in between them without tearing off a
Food was as expected, no complaints. Our carhop was really polite and even made an extra trip back inside and brought out two of the wacky pack toys and asked if she could give them to my four year old twins for Halloween. It made for two very happy little girls :)

My daughter ordered from there and the manager snapped at her because they didn't have car hops didn't bother to tell her it drive thru only. You really need to fins people that has better customer service skills.
