Unless you stand in front of them to make sure they complete your order correctly, it will not happen. Multiple times now our mobile and drive through orders have been wrong. Even though clearly requested, we have received sandwiches that were not toasted, had none of the requested veggies, had zero sauce on pizza subs, had condiments added that were not requested, etc. The place was not busy. At times, I was the only customer there. Do better!

Every time I do an order thru the app they do something wrong. I think it’s on purpose to discourage app users. Today I ordered my sandwich toasted it was not. Once they left off lettuce another time mayo another time oil and vinegar. It’s pathetic. I will not be returning to Crossett Arkansas’s Subway. It’s like the employees don’t realize if there were no customers there’d be no job. Just rude and disrespectful and act like customers are a bother. Who wants a cold chicken bacon ranch. Now that I think about it was on the wrong bread too. It’s just sad.

Last two time I've tried to pick up an oder employees are rude and disrespectful when it comes to filling orders. As a doordasher this is the one place in crossett I honestly hate going to. The staff are unbothered to help dashers with orders. I understand ingredients my be low later in the evening, but when they show no respect for their customers, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.wouldn't go out of their way to help resolve any issues. They stick their noses up at the Slightest inconvenience, it's a shame will think twice about picking up an order there again

The workers were friendly, prompt, and very helpful. My food was ready in just a few minutes. I recommend the steak and cheese, it's my favorite. However they have lots of other sandwiches that are really good, as well as some excellent salads. The best part is you can pick just exactly what cheese, veggies, etc that you want.
