We were looking at the menu and not even a minute passed before the guy on the intercom told us to pull forward talking about some running up their time
No receipt girl that handed us are food literally put 2 sauces for 10 items, rushed the interaction by interrupting us and obviously rushing to close the window and her fat rolls jiggled with how quick she retracted into the restaurant. Food was 4/10 and 2 items were missing beef/chicken

I been 3 times they do not give you the food you paid for and when you call the don't answer the phone pulled back up to try and get what I was missing and they just gave me the run around had me sitting out here and never brought my food if you are from out of town working here I suggest you wait for one the food trucks to be open or just don't waist your time at this location they have horrible service... how do you for get a whole burrito that the main meal

Horrible experience. Literally got told before I could tell the rude( I'm guessing manager ) women at the window she forgot my Pepsi that it was in the bag and got the window shut in my face. Didn't know you had to pay extra for customer service.

A fight between two employees broke out and I witnessed the whole thing. They were screaming expletives, fighting, punching, slapping, and took each other’s clothes off, I was scared, as I did not know if I would also get attacked. Thankfully no customer was harmed, but it certainly left a bad impression on me. The cops were called and they showed up swiftly.

The food met our expectations, but it is crucial to address the deficiency in customer service. It is imperative that every customer is promptly acknowledged and greeted by a customer service representative upon entering, rather than being left standing in front of the counter, unsure of how to proceed, while the employees appear disengaged and unresponsive.
Ordered 3 hard tacos, and paid for 3. Only got 2.
