Usually things are ok here, but not today. Chicken bites were hard as a brick. I'm guessing they had been sitting a while. My burrito and 5 piece were barely edible. Had to throw half the nuggets away.
The food met our expectations, but it is crucial to address the deficiency in customer service. It is imperative that every customer is promptly acknowledged and greeted by a customer service representative upon entering, rather than being left standing in front of the counter, unsure of how to proceed, while the employees appear disengaged and unresponsive.
Oh, so much better now! We went in a few months ago, after a winning ball game, and got to hear Right Wing Propaganda WIDE OPEN on the television. Complained vigorously. We heard there were some changes made, and Thank All That is Good that this time we found pleasant Pop Music. Taco Bell Food is supposed to be at least somewhat fun, and the most recent time, it was more in line. Leave the politics out of my dining experience, PLEASE.
