Aves crawfish & shrimp are excellent, right amount of spice and easy to peel. The boudin on the other hand is outta this world good!! And the boudin balls w/ pepper jack cheese is another item not to pass up. They also offer Etouffee bread at times.Ave also will order you fresh LIVE crawfish and he also has the spices to make your boil the best it can be.Cajun Aves is only open seasonal (crawfish season) usually first of March to middle of June. Wish he'd sell his boudin all year long. So when he's open go get ya some!!
