My brother wasn’t trying to yell and I told him to order what he wanted so we wanted to make sure he could hear us but he wasn’t yelling on purpose!! This worker which her name starts with a N won’t say her full name comes up and saying if we do it again she won’t serve us our drinks and that it causes them hearing problems which I agree but like i said he wasn’t yelling on purpose but saying she won’t serve us because of that is unacceptable in my opinion but it’s her attitude during work hours not the first time!!

Half of the stalls don't work, and the other half are mobile orders. Our order was not correct and the register didn't work at the time so our meal was at least free. Gave 2 stars for at least the staff being understanding.

I've never had a problem here. The staff is always really cool and ordering on the app and doing a quick pickup takes maybe 2 minutes.

Alot of the order screens were not working, card reader wasn't working after i pulled into the 4th slot, I gave up, and the car hop had to walk inside to run my card. Cheeseburger was greasy and tasted weird. Sorry Sonic I normally love your food!

Not what it used to be.. the online app was not accepting orders. I drove there to place an order.. service was slow. The carhop was very nice, but half of the order kiosks / menu displays do not work.. I tried to park in four different spots.. I ordered drinks and onion rings... the rings were kinda warm, definitely not hot, and the cheese was missing in about half of the order.. I ordered eight mozzarella sticks.

Parking: The difficulty or parking depends on which kiosk you pull into. I tried four spots today.

I don't know why it took so long for me to write this review but I live far away from everything except for this sonic. It's the only fast food restaurant near me and the food is ALWAYS horrible! My fries are always burnt, I got a garlic burger today and it was a regular burger. The tater tots were burnt. None of the stalls are in service. I have to play musical stalls and change at least 3 times before getting one that worked. It's been like this for over a year that I've been going. Hoping it will get better with time or different employees but no. If I could give negative stars I would!!
