Danville AR subway! The lady at the store mind you she was the only one working was the best. The reason I am writing this is because a drive thru window, phone ringing, customers in the store, and online orders is too much for one person. How in the world does someone expect one person to manage all of it. Ridiculous Management do better or do it yourself and find out how hard it is. Very disappointed. Maybe with more help the food and cleanliness would be up to pare. To the lady working good job. July 5th 8:30pm

Ordered on the app at 9:45am. Walked into the store at 10am. They didn’t have any bread and were making it an hour after they opened which was 9am? Waited 30 minutes for a sandwich. Drove away and found no lettuce on my sandwich. Would have rather gone hungry than wait 30 minutes for an overpriced sandwich that wasn’t even what I ordered.

My sandwich was made with care which I really appreciate cause there are places where workers just throw stuff on the bread with everything falling out. The workers are super nice, respectful, and patient and helpful. The lady in front of me had a hard time reading the menu and the (i think manager) pulled her to the side and help the lady individually, which i think so nice rather than hurrying her up and holding up the line. They also have clean and smelling good. Overall my husband and I had a great time visiting this location.

I came to this subway with very low expectations. For my surprise this store in particular was very fast at getting sandwiches done when there was a long line . They still manage to upsell and guided everyone and myself thru the process. They welcomed me and everyone else with friendly faces . Will be coming back to this store for sure. Great employees, great store! ?

We had an online order and the worker forgot an entire sandwich. We understood it was a mistake so we corrected her about it, not being rude AT ALL, and she gave us a dirty look and checked the receipt as if we were lying about the other sandwich she was supposed to have made. She messed up on our other two sandwiches we ordered. There was barely any mayo on our sandwiches, we had to add our own at home. We arrived to pick up our sandwiches an hour before closing and they seemed eager to close and were being very rude and rushing everything. The other worker there claimed that my mom was giving the one who made our sandwiches dirty looks, when my mom in fact never did.

The staff treated us very rudely. Our online order was poorly prepared. They missed making one sandwich, and there were hardly any condiments, so we had to add our own mayo and mustard. Most of our sandwiches were missing some toppings. It was an hour before closing, and they seemed annoyed and eager to close when we arrived. I won't tolerate this kind of service.

My husband and I won't eat there again. The kids working there have no clue about food contamination. On two separate occasions, two different kids were reusing the same knives to cut the sandwiches. You don't know how long these knives were sitting after slicing through mayo. My husband talked to manager and apparently she didn't have a discussion with employees about food safety. I will be contacting arkansas health dept. It seems that these people who want to own businesses don't see the importance of watching their employees are even care what's going on in their restaurant. Where I come from you you have to have certificate in food handing.

I ordered in the app and then got a call that they put the wrong cheese on. They had to remake it because I can't do pepper jack. When I picked it up my sandwich was cold it had been toasted but was cold and it was the wrong bread. There was enough mayo to make 3 sandwiches. I asked for my onions and banana peppers be toasted on my sandwich they were cold. My drink was only about 2/3 full. I will not order again.

I freaking order a simple sandwich on the app and it was just terribly made. It really made my day bad. I asked for mayo and there was barley any like literally barely any. So I had to use my own mayo and add it on their, freaking disappointment. The cheese I asked for was not the one I got. I will just not be ordering mine on the app anymore because it came out bad. I’ll have to go inside and order it and watch the amount they put on their. SMH! This was yesterday around noon
