Bro I have never ever left an online review ever but this is ridiculous I come through with a mobile order I gave it a solid 15 mins before I showed up just so i knew it would be done when I showed up and I still ended up waiting another 10 mins before getting my food then when I unwrap this egg mcjenga it’s practically stacked in two separate peices in the wrapper cheese everywhere all upside down n shi. I honestly would not be mad if it wasn’t 5 am and I wasn’t THE ONLY PERSON in the drive through. Yall had plenty of time to do your jobs right and a manager was working. Pathetic honestly and the expectations for McDonald’s is already low.

worst mcdonald’s in the area, no doubt about it, the food was cold, especially the fries, it took forever for them to even hand me it, they always seem understaffed and the place is dirty, whoever manages this mcdonald’s sucks. went into the lobby, it was dirty and literally no one greets you when you stand there for a few minutes to take your order. the drive-thru also sucks, many rude employees and they always rush you out of there, I know yall are on a timer but damn. i don’t recommend this mcdonald’s, the place sucks, the food is awful and cold, just go to russellville at that point.

I love the fish fillet sandwich. I ordered one as a combo. The speed and accuracy of the order was great, however the fish was not cooked long enough.It was not crisp as normal, but rather it was doughy. I ordered another one hoping it would surely be different. Unfortunately, it too was doughy, not cooked long enough. This certainly takes away the goodness of the fish fillet. Also, are the fish fillets smaller? It was noticeably smaller...

Well .... For a 10$ plus meal , it sucked , got home an the meat wasn't even cooked ! Not to mention I had to set an wait on it out by the parking,An I don't live near by so it's not like I could take it bk , not the first time eighter , once we ordered an got home an NO meat! Only the buns. So I think it's pretty sad u pay for dinner expecting to have dinner an then to find out you still have to cook ! Ya I'm pretty 😡!, that's why I bought dinner ! SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO COOK! After a long day ,so 3 of us didn't get to eat our meal !

My doordash order was completely screwed up and not on the door dash side they didn't put any pickles on my burger my fries and nuggets were ice cold and I order two medium fries and I only got one and half when I called all i got was blaming the doordash

Ordered food for 4 took almost 20 minutes and then my burger was RAW all the way through!! When I told the staff they took it back and started a new one but didn't realize I was watching. They then began to make jokes about the burger being RAW!
