Perfect and delicious pizza,, although I didn't realize that they do not offer cheese and pepper packets. You have to purchase them for $1 a piece. Other than that everything is top tier.

Eagle Wings Motorcycle Association, Chapter T met at pizza hut restaurant tonight 12-2-2025 between 5 pm to 7:15pm. Food & service was great. Our waitress was great. The chapter T director paid for the whole bill for everyone in our group. I gave one of the other waitresses (name unknown) an extra $20.00 tip to GIVE to our specific waitress (name unknown). I should have given our waitress the tip personally, but couldn't find her. I hope she received the extra tip. If you, our waitress, didnt get it check with your other female coworker.

I like Pizza Hut but it seems like they have turned down their ovens. This trip we were in Arkansas but we live in Shreveport/bossier and have eaten at many of the area pizza huts and it’s never quite cooked enough and when we ordered from this location it was the same way. Pizza Hut please cook your pizza another 1-2 mins. Or at least make that an option when ordering. I know everyone won’t always be happy so let’s make it optional.

My friend and I ordered over phone got the bread sticks and a med dr pepper. Wasn't busy took 15 min had a little wait time...but over all breadsticks were good for lunch.

We drive 3 hrs coming back from a funeral. It was around 6:30p. We wanted to stop and get a bit to eat. I really wanted some wings. No way was I going to pay $11+ for 6 wings that are mostly bones. I will have to pick a different restaurant the next time for dinner. However, we decided to get the pizza.. Pricing for older people is getting way out of hand. Now I know why the parking lot was empty. I mean no cars whatsoever. I guess we'll start cooking more at home these days. Thanks.
Been eating here since I moved to dardanelle in 2017. Never had a bad experience. Last night I went with my family. The waitress took our order and we waited. The wait seemed longer than usual, but we were chilling. After a while the waitress came up and let us know she forgot to submit our order. She put it in, but forgot to hit enter. She was honest and owned up to her mistake and apologized profusely. We were not mad but she said she felt so bad that she gave us a discount. A little bit later we got our pizza and the manager came up and apologized again and let us know how much of a discount we would get. They made sure we had everything we needed and took great care of us. This experience spoke more to me than any other time. Usually everything runs smoothly, but this time there was a hiccup and the staff went above and beyond to make it right even though we truly werent even mad.

Had been traveling for awhile and ran upon this Pizza Hut. The service and food was excellent. The waitress went over and above. Would definitely recommend this place.
