Like every other local Sonic or Dardanelle chain, "If you don't like it, too bad or go somewhere else" mentality it feels like. I've always had to wait too long for sub par food.. any fries, tots and onion rings I've ordered were burnt, stale or soggy mush, burgers and sandwiches overly greasy or absolutely dry, ice cream and shakes have a light dusting of preferred topping at best. This has always been my experience, hopefully yours is better but I'd rather take the hit on gas and go to Pottsville and risk running into a ticket friendly officer if I want Sonic.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every single time we go there, they are out of something. I get them being out of something every now and then but it's everytime you go there. It's ridiculous. Tonight was the last time they will get our business. We ordered the half priced milkshakes and surprise they were out of the two we wanted. So we ordered different ones. They bring them out and they were basically water. They we're so nasty tasting. We couldn't even drink them. Also didn't add the cherry either. And no apology for being out of what we wanted or an inconvenience.

Come here if you want bad service. Spent like 7 bucks or so for this medium blast that had an inch of emptiness between the ice cream and cup. Why even add the dome? The card reader also didnt work. I know many don't at this location, but none of them are marked. I would rather they be marked, I dislike the fact the carhop has to take it inside, feels sketchy to me.
I took my family to the sonic this afternoon to get two cheeseburgers and a happy meal. That’s all we got come up to almost 20 bucks. We waited for 40 minutes for our order and once we finally got their attention, they told us that we did not have an order although we did because it showed on our Sonic app and we had paid for it. I do expect a refund and I will be looking and if I don’t get my refund, I will be calling you back tomorrow.

Waited 35 minutes to get my slush I ordered online on the ap. And of coarse they forgot my eclipse glasses. I will no longer tip on the ap. This sonic needs new leadership. Go to Russelvill and save yourself a headache.
