My food was cold and nasty. The guy that was working at drive thru window was rude did not give me a receipt. I ordered a #7 and some mozzarella dries my #7 was not even made correctly cuz there was no bacon on it and it was dry no mayo or anything. I do not suggest this as a place to eat or not at night anyway.

At the Dequeen BK, if you order a burger before noon, you'll get a reheated patty from the night before.
We ordered the whopper Jr meal with cheese for $5 as advertised. We were charged over $10! I protested. The lady at the window said she couldn’t figure out how to change the ticket. My husband caved in and paid the ticket. Not only did we NOT receive a drink, we didn’t receive a drink. So dissatisfied. And they didn’t add the cheese, which we asked for.

I order a burger with no vegetables (including jalapeños) and when I got home to check my food I had jalapeños on my burger. I am Allergic to capsaicin (spice) which is a major problem for me. I took one bite into a jalapeño that I didn’t know was there and my mouth swole up and I started having trouble breathing. I called Burger King to tell them about my issue and the person that answered said with an attitude it’s not the cashiers problem it was the cooks. Customer service was good up until I called because the girl that answered was so rude. Thanks for the experience Burger King I like having allergic reactions at 8:50 pm.
