We ordered the whopper Jr meal with cheese for $5 as advertised. We were charged over $10! I protested. The lady at the window said she couldn’t figure out how to change the ticket. My husband caved in and paid the ticket. Not only did we NOT receive a drink, we didn’t receive a drink. So dissatisfied. And they didn’t add the cheese, which we asked for.

I order a burger with no vegetables (including jalapeños) and when I got home to check my food I had jalapeños on my burger. I am Allergic to capsaicin (spice) which is a major problem for me. I took one bite into a jalapeño that I didn’t know was there and my mouth swole up and I started having trouble breathing. I called Burger King to tell them about my issue and the person that answered said with an attitude it’s not the cashiers problem it was the cooks. Customer service was good up until I called because the girl that answered was so rude. Thanks for the experience Burger King I like having allergic reactions at 8:50 pm.

It's a 45 min drive, one way to get here. Driving across state lines to enjoy this flame broiled, double, juicy, meaty patties should be a crime! The Texas double is my go-to. I haven't had any issues here at this location.

This is our absolute favorite place in DeQueen to eat! They are friendly, clean and have never gotten our order incorrect and we eat here all the time!! Best Burger King in Southern Arkansas hands down!!!

Inside was nasty I had to clean a table off before I could sit down, trash over flowing, foul language coming from the employees, 15 min wait for my food and was cold when I received it. Only 3 other people inside while I was there! I won’t be back.

I’m in SHOCK that the menu even has an option to order a STUPID IMPOSSIBLE BURGER!!! The girl at the register was clueless in helping me order. It’s a concept so foreign to me I thought it was a joke! What an oxymoron concept. Burger King, I wish I had recorded my reaction when my daughter showed me her “meatless” burger! What in the world people!
